(3) Interview

1. Determine interviewers: According to the written test results, determine interviewers for each position according to the ratio of recruitment plan to the number of interviewers 1: 3, and publish them on the portal of Liaoning Provincial Department of Finance within 10 working days after the written test, and the website is on the bulletin board of www.fd.ln.gov.cn. 4. Interview passing score: the interview score is 100, and the passing score is 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified score will not be hired.

5. Determine the total score: After the interview, determine the total score of the candidates according to the weight of the written test and interview scores accounting for 40% and 60% respectively.

(4) Physical examination

After the interview, according to the total scores of written test and interview, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the job recruitment plan. If the total score is tied, the physical examination personnel shall be determined in the order of interview results from high to low.

The physical examination institution is designated by the provincial human resources and social welfare department, and the physical examination standard is organized and implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.[2005]/KLOC-0 issued by the Ministry of State), the Physical Examination Operation Manual and the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers (No.22 issued by the Human Resources and Social Welfare Department).

If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination or voluntary abstention of candidates, it needs to be replenished. After approval by the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department, it will be replenished in equal amount according to the order of the total score from high to low.

(5) Evaluation

Those who pass the medical examination shall be examined by the Provincial Department of Finance in conjunction with the employer. The assessment focuses on the applicant's ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. If it is found in the assessment that it does not meet the employment conditions, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(6) Publicity and employment

According to the results of physical examination and assessment, the personnel to be hired are determined and reported to the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department for unified publicity, and the publicity time is 7 working days. After the publicity, those who have no objection to the publicity will be formally hired. If there is any objection to the publicity, after investigation and verification, the handling opinions shall be put forward.

Open recruitment personnel shall implement the probation system in accordance with the provisions. The probation period shall not exceed 6 months (the probation period for college graduates is 1 year). The probation period is included in the employment contract.
