Generally speaking, there are three interview methods: telephone interview, group interview and one-on-one interview alone.
After practice, the best interview method is one-on-one interview; The most prominent feature of this method is that it can send a strong signal to the interviewee; The information they provide is very important and highly confidential. One-on-one interview in private environment, the friendly attitude shown by the interviewer, makes it easier for the interviewee to put down his guard and build up his trust and confidence in the interviewer, so as to express his views on the interviewee frankly, comprehensively and concretely, and list specific examples.
Group interview is a relatively unreliable interview method, and it is not recommended unless it is absolutely necessary. In a group interview, the more people participate in the interview, the worse the confidentiality, so the interviewee will be reluctant to express his true thoughts for fear of leaking secrets. And in this case, the interviewees will interfere with each other, resulting in some people talking too much, and some people have no chance to express their opinions at all.
One-on-one interviews conducted alone are expensive, but the quality of information obtained is also the highest.
