Looking around, there are rolling mountains everywhere. Tangyu at the foot of the mountain has developed into a considerable tourist town. In terms of scale and style, the reception building of Guangtaibai Mountain Scenic Area is like a giant stadium that universities are eager for.
Lianhua Waterfall
The commuter bus has to get off and transfer to the bus to go up the mountain inside the scenic spot until there are three small scenic spots with high altitude. At each small scenic spot, the bus will get off and get on the bus to the next scenic spot after the tour. The first small scenic spot has a waterfall, which immediately makes me relaxed and happy.
Clear water and lush mountains
At that time, I was thinking that if the whole scenic spot just looked at these scenery, it would be worth it. Another special feeling is that people from the city feel that their lungs are full of negative ions when they breathe every breath of air here.
The farther the car goes into the scenic spot, the higher the altitude will be. Is the tree outside the window emerald green? It gradually turns dark green, and even some trees have just sprouted without leaves, and the somatosensory temperature is also decreasing. The higher you go, the colder you feel.
China and Pakistan began to climb the mountain road, and Dong Zi went into the mountain less often, so he was very interested in the scenery on the side of the mountain. Because of motion sickness (also forgot to bring motion sickness medicine) and going into the mountains many times, I am not very curious about the scenery on the roadside. Anyway, we still got on the bus slowly in the clothes at the foot of the mountain.
Let me introduce the whole route of this hike: take a bus from the tourist service center of the scenic spot to Xiaban Temple, climb from Xiaban Temple to Tianyuan, the top of this mountain, and cross the ridge at Tianyuan to reach the rest checkpoint of the next mountain called Xiaowen Temple. Xiaowen Temple began to take the stone road around this mountain to reach the rest stop of the next mountain called Dawenmiao, then crossed two mountains to reach the rest stop called Dayehai, and finally returned by the original road.
After three small scenic spots, you reach a big platform, where you can buy tickets for the world ropeway and take the cable car directly to the top of the mountain.
Instead of taking the cableway, I chose to change to CMB and continue up the mountain.
Huanshan highway
The picture shows the limit that the bus can reach-a small part of the highway around the mountain photographed by Xiaban Temple at an altitude of about 2,800 meters. There is a short section of Xiaban Temple called Fuyunge Cableway, which can go up to the mountain called Bansi New Village, which is shorter than the top of the mountain.
I turned my head to ask a strange boy my age sitting diagonally across the street. Knowing that they are going to climb the mountain, they will stay in Xiaowen Temple or Dawen Temple.
After a while, I also packed my things after dinner and set off. But I met them again on the steps of the mountain. At this meeting, I successfully became their third wheel. Upgrade from single person to threesome.
Look into the distance
From here, we started a real hiking trip. Fortunately, it was not difficult to climb at first. Although the temperature is a little low, I thought of climbing the mountain and sweating, but I didn't expect to rent cotton-padded clothes. But the last four hours of high altitude made me want to cry. The higher the altitude, the lower the temperature. I only wear summer clothes. I can imagine that ice is seeping into my bones. When I sweat and the cold wind blows, I tremble. The higher the altitude, the thinner the oxygen. I was really out of breath after a few steps. In the end, every step will hurt your bones. ?

There is a big drop in the stairs, so it is very tiring to climb them. Up to about 3000 meters, I began to have altitude sickness. ? There are two main aspects of high reaction. First, I have a headache. Imagine that the temples on both sides are slowly contracting, as if I were under a spell. Second, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, faster breathing than usual, but still feel suffocated and lack of oxygen, and the heartbeat is very fast. I can feel my heart beating out of my chest when I walk. Stop-and-go is the best way to alleviate. As long as the rest makes the heartbeat smooth, start to rest until you can't stand it, and so on.
I climbed many mountains, too. Huashan Mountain, Huangshan Mountain and Mount Tai give people the feeling that they can take a big breath and increase oxygen supply when they are tired. No matter how hard you breathe in Taibai Mountain, you feel very tired. Maybe this is my understanding of anti-heights.
Tianyuan tuhao
After six o'clock, we finally reached the round place.
Opposite is Xiaowen Temple.
From Tianyuan to xiaowengong temple, it is mainly to go down, and the high rebellion is not so serious. Originally, I planned to watch the sunset in a round place, but the sun was still high in the sky, so I changed the sunset to Xiaowen Gong Temple.
Ridge plank road
This is the plank road from Tianyuan to Xiaowen Temple. The visual inspection is less than 300 meters, but it takes half an hour to walk.
It's already seven o'clock in the evening at Xiaowen Gong Temple, and the sun is still high. I have a rest here.
Xiaowen Palace has a police station here, which is a "foreigner checkpoint". Beyond here is the Qinling Nature Reserve, and foreigners will be stopped. People passing by need to register their ID cards. We didn't notice. We had a rest next door to watch the sun and actually bypassed it. Later in the evening, we were reminded that we were not registered. If we disappear, the police don't even know that we have been here and tell us to be careful, otherwise the managers won't know that we exist.
After xiaowengong temple, we will take the stone road. As long as you go straight along this only way, turn many corners and pass through many gaps with running water, when the end comes, the Dawen Palace appears. I didn't take any photos, because all the temples of Wengong, large and small, are being rebuilt, and there are no historical sites.
The stone road from Xiaowen Temple to Dawen Temple can barely pass two people. For safety reasons, they all go one by one. This place belongs to a nature reserve, and the intervention of human activities is minimized, so the stone slab road is not fixed with any cement, and sometimes the stone slab is not necessarily firm or even loose, while one side of the body is close to the mountain, and the other side is a nearly vertical 2000-meter gravel landslide. Everyone feels extremely energetic when walking.
Altitude sickness varies from person to person, and some people still move freely at high altitude as at low altitude.
How many people are afraid of Changbai Mountain because its altitude is higher than Wuyue Mountain, how many people give up halfway because of altitude sickness, and how many people actually reach the top of the mountain? However, only by reaching the top can we see this magnificent and shocking beauty.
