After Tu Zhiqiang hit the road, Shui and Luo Shibin followed Zhou Bingkun closely and chased him many times, which was closely related to the last sentence Tu Zhiqiang said to Shui in his ear.
Moreover, in the process of looking for Zhou Bingkun's residence, Luo Shibin kept evasive in order to avoid Joe's eyes, because Joe had seen Tu Zhiqiang and Luo Shibin together in the public bathhouse. This shows that Luo Shibin is weak at heart.
