(two) given a warning and punishment by the development and reform department for violating the "Measures for the Administration of Engineering Consulting Industry" and included in the bad record of engineering consulting;
(three) listed in the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprises in other departments, it will not be supported in the credit evaluation of engineering consulting units.
The credit rating of an engineering consulting unit with a credit rating shall be cancelled if the above situation occurs.
