Conditions for moving into Haikou hukou

The conditions for household registration are as follows:

1. In terms of household registration migration, it includes on-the-job personnel transfer, civil servant recruitment, internal personnel transfer of state-owned units, residential migration of self-owned property houses, unit arrangement, residential migration of allocated houses, residential migration of leased government property houses, and migration of dependents with the army;

2. The migration of students' household registration includes the employment, recruitment migration, graduation, dropout and return to the original residence of ordinary college graduates with household registration in schools;

3. Migration includes husband and wife migration, parents migration with children, minor children migration with parents, adult unmarried children migration with parents, and adult married children migration with parents.

What can we do, registered permanent residence?

1, with the birth certificate to the neighborhood committee issued a notice of newborn home;

2. Hold the household registration book, ID card, marriage certificate, child birth certificate, maternity service certificate and household notice of both parents to the neighborhood office where they are located;

3. Go to the household registration office of the street police station.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
