Among them, the compressor and turbine monitoring system plays an important role in the control system of the whole synthesis unit, so in the system debugging stage, we first focus on debugging the itcc and esd3500 monitoring system, and the 3500 monitoring system mainly monitors and controls the shaft vibration and shaft displacement of the turbine and compressor unit and the turbine speed; In addition, a unique phenomenon of compressor unit is surge, which means that air flows back and forth in the compressor. During surge, the vibration of the compressor rises sharply, which is similar to the huge abnormal sound of asthma patients. If it cannot be effectively controlled, it will cause serious damage to the compressor. The surge state develops very fast, usually within 1-2 seconds, so it needs accurate control algorithm and.

Only the fast control algorithm can achieve effective control, and the surge phenomenon is extremely harmful to the compressor unit, even causing serious accidents. Therefore, in the stage of instrument debugging, the correct detection and accurate control of anti-surge regulation loop system is the key to ensure the normal start-up of compressor unit. In the commissioning stage of Lu Hua synthesis plant system, I cooperated with the commissioning personnel of the owner to conduct many tests on the anti-surge regulation loop system of syngas compressor unit and turbine-turbine unit, and made detailed test records. Secondly, the interlocking control and debugging of various pumps in lubricating oil system and condenser system is another key point of electrical instrument debugging, and the correct interlocking of main and auxiliary pumps of lubricating oil and condensate is also the key to the normal operation of compressor and steam turbine generator set. Therefore, during the system debugging, I analyzed the interlocking schematic diagram designed by the design institute with the construction team to deeply understand the design intention. The abnormality is the interlock between the lubricating oil pressure and the start and stop of the main and auxiliary pumps of lubricating oil, and the interlock of the main and auxiliary pumps of condensate is the key to the normal operation of the whole compressor unit and steam turbine unit. According to the design drawings of Lu Hua synthesis plant, the main pump and auxiliary pump of the original lubricating oil pump and condensate pump are interlocked in the field operation column for field control. In order to better monitor and control the interlock of main and auxiliary pumps in real time and ensure the safe operation of the whole unit, interlock control is added in the instrument control room after consultation with the owner's instrument specialty. After half a month's intense rectification and debugging, the lubricating oil pressure control system, speed regulation system and interlocking self-protection system of the unit have all met the requirements for start-up, which laid a solid foundation for the smooth start-up of Lu Hua synthesis plant.

Djg Phase II Project is the second project after I joined the work. The biggest feature of instrument engineering in djg project is that there are many intelligent regulating valves and switch valves, and there are many switch points in the control room. The instrument construction space is small, the construction period is short, the engineering quantity is large, and the process medium in the bus is mostly flammable and explosive, which puts forward higher requirements for the performance of the regulating valve and the on-off valve, and also puts forward higher requirements for the cleaning, pressure test and leakage test of the regulating valve in our construction unit. In order to better complete the cleaning, pressure test and leakage test of more than 300 control valves, we concentrated on the cleaning, pressure test and leakage test of control valves in the prefabrication yard before installing the control valves. Because most control valves are air-open control valves, it brings many difficulties to the cleaning and degreasing of control valves. After consultation with the technical personnel of the construction team, it was decided to use the air pump to supply the instrument air source (the air source pressure is 0.4mpa), and use the hart communicator to apply 20ma signal to open the control valve, and then clean the control valve after opening. Ensure that the process pipeline installation team can install the regulating valve in time, which speeds up the construction progress; When the reduction workshop of the second phase project started normally, the indoor temperature of the bus was as high as 40 degrees Celsius, which greatly affected the flow measurement accuracy of trichlorosilane and hydrogen feed pipeline (thermal mass flowmeter). In order to improve the measurement accuracy of material flow, after consultation with the owner and supervisor, the intelligent meter head of the thermal mass flowmeter was moved to the outer wall of the bus, and a special sensing cable was connected from the sensor of the thermal mass flowmeter to the meter head through a cable protection tube to avoid the influence of high temperature in the bus. The staff found that the temperature of silicon gas filtered by vaporized hydrogen dropped after it came out of the connecting pipe between vaporizing chambers and entered the bus chamber, and the normal heat preservation measures could not meet the normal production of products. The owner decided to add electric tracing in trichlorosilane pipeline, and Omron e5cz-r2 intelligent temperature controller was used to control the electric tracing. During each shutdown, the owner shall remove and restore the insulation layer of the corresponding pipeline, wind the electric tracing tape, install the explosion-proof distribution box of the branch pipeline, install the cable protection tube and temperature controller, install the terminal junction box, cable laying, wiring and debugging, and the power supply shall be taken from the explosion-proof main distribution box; At the request of the owner, the electric tracing belt shall be wound on the pipeline. Because the temperature of the pipeline is too high, construction workers are forbidden to touch the high-temperature pipeline with any part of their bodies at work. When fixing the tracing belt and the temperature probe, one person shall fix the tracing belt with mechanical tools such as pliers, and the other two persons shall hold hands at both ends of the tracing pipe and fix the tracing belt with aluminum tape.

If the construction is carried out according to the original design, the installation of instrument bridge and cable laying will not be carried out because the space is too small. Moreover, because the covered bridge is in the suspended ceiling, the site (805) is a class 100,000 clean area, and personnel will not be able to enter the suspended ceiling after the construction is completed, which will bring great difficulties to the maintenance of various instruments in the future. According to the actual site and discussion with the owner, the instrument corridor bridge is changed to a steel platform, and the trough bridge is cancelled. Through the cost analysis and comparison between the original design of FRP trough bridge installation project and the modified instrument steel platform installation project, it is found that the original design total cost is more than 5 million yuan, including the installation cost of more than 900,000 yuan, and the modified total cost is more than 3 million yuan, including the installation cost of more than 2 million yuan (the steel structure material is provided by Party B). This change not only facilitates the installation and construction, but also creates conditions for the laying of instrument control cables, and also brings great convenience to the maintenance of various instruments in the future. At this stage, the instrument installation project of the first production line in the third phase of djg project has entered the normal production stage, and the instrument installation project of the second production line has entered the stage of system pressure test and leakage test.
