Registration requirements
Age requirements:
5km (parent-child group): 2-4 people (2, 3, 4) in each group, with at least one minor of 5- 18 and one adult under 70 participating in the team.
5km (staff holding a group), 15km: 18-70 years old, individual participation.
30 km, 50 km: 18-65 years old, a group of four (at least one opposite sex).
Health requirements:
Hiking is a non-competitive group activity. Although it is not a high-load and high-intensity competitive sport, participants should also test their endurance and perseverance while gathering and make a correct assessment of their physical condition. You can choose cross-country running according to your physical condition and constitution.
People with the following physical conditions are not suitable for the competition:
(1) Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
(2) Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
(3) Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;
(4) Patients with coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia;
(5) Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;
(6) Other patients with diseases that are not suitable for this sport;
(7) pregnant women.
Matters needing attention
1. Registration for the International (Hangzhou) Yixing Conference is on a first-come-first-served basis, and the number of places is limited.
2, 5km is divided into parent-child group and stick-holding group, in which the parent-child group can report 2-4 people per order, including at least 1 a minor over 5 years old-1 an adult under 70 years old to participate in the team; The personnel holding group is registered for individuals, and at most three orders can be added to each order.
