"Urban management law enforcement measures" Article 36 The competent department of urban management law enforcement may implement grid management on urban management law enforcement matters.
The difference between grid workers and community workers
Community grid workers mainly refer to people engaged in social grid management, such as collecting basic information, contacting social conditions and public opinion, serving special people, mediating contradictions and disputes, patrolling social security, guiding civilized practices, handling residents' affairs, organizing cultural and sports activities, and publicizing policies and regulations. Grid workers are also called other staff members of community workstations. Community workers refer to people who are selected by the two committees and one station of each street or community after a certain selection or open recruitment procedure. As well as full-time staff who provide all kinds of public services and other public welfare services for all kinds of people living in the community in the basic service area of the grass-roots community, and staff who engage in community management and services in community party organizations, community neighborhood committees and community service stations and sign service agreements with the streets, the main work of community staff is to hold community residents' congresses regularly, establish a health care work account, standardize it, and formulate and implement the work plan of the Women's Federation.
