1, general manager
Direct supervisor: responsibilities of the group president:
Put forward the overall goal and strategic direction of the company.
Presided over the formulation of business development plans and annual business plans, and participated in the examination and approval of major real estate projects.
Responsible for coordinating the functional departments of the project department and the business department, leading the formulation of the company's business norms and workflow, and mobilizing and motivating subordinates to achieve the company's strategic goals.
Liaise with senior leaders of the Group and important external business relations, and be responsible for the construction and maintenance of corporate culture.
Be responsible for the standardization and legality of the company's operation.
2. Deputy General Manager
Direct supervisor: Group President/General Manager Responsibilities:
Assist the general manager to put forward the overall goal and strategic direction of the company.
Assist the general manager to make business development plan and annual business plan, and participate in the examination and approval of major real estate project investment.
Participate in the coordination between functional departments and business departments of the project department, and be responsible for various functions of the marketing department.
Responsible for the contact, coordination and supervision of the Group's foreign real estate investment projects.
Assist the general manager to contact the senior leaders of the group and important external business relations.
3. Assistant to the General Manager
Direct supervisor: General Manager's responsibilities:
Assist the general manager to put forward the overall goal and strategic direction of the company.
Assist the general manager to make business development plan and annual business plan, be responsible for making the company's annual, quarterly and monthly work plan, and be responsible for the company's personnel administration.
Coordinate the company's business norms and workflow, and be responsible for checking, coordinating and supervising the smooth development of the work of various departments.
Co-ordinate the recruitment and assessment of the company's directors and above, and participate in the coordination of cross-business units.
Cooperate with the group to establish and maintain corporate culture, brand and image.
Responsible for the management and supervision of the company's information files to ensure the confidentiality of important documents and materials.
4. Director of Marketing Department
Direct supervisor: General Manager/Deputy General Manager Responsibilities:
Participate in the formulation of business development plans and annual business plans, and participate in investment decisions of major real estate projects.
Assist the general manager to establish a comprehensive sales strategy and policy to ensure the stable development of the company. Responsible for the preliminary investigation, screening and review of the project feasibility report, recommend feasible projects to the general manager, and put forward suggestions and ideas for the project.
Be fully responsible for the brand promotion and marketing planning of the projects designated by the company, review the external publicity content, grasp the new policies and regulations of the real estate market in time, put forward feasible emergency measures to the company's top management in time in view of various trends and changes in the real estate market, reasonably avoid various risks, and complete other tasks assigned by the company's general manager and deputy general manager.
5. Sales Manager
Direct supervisor: Marketing Director Responsibilities:
Participate in the discussion of product positioning, pre-planning and scheme design of the company's development projects and project agents, and formulate marketing strategies, promotion strategies and price strategies at all stages of the project. And supervise the implementation in time, decompose the annual sales target and issue it to each project department, and supervise its completion.
According to the company's marketing strategy, plan and organize various types of marketing activities as planned, such as subscription, opening and delivery.
Supervise the work of each project department, be responsible for the performance appraisal of the department, arrange periodic market research, ensure the grasp and prediction of market dynamics, and complete other tasks assigned by the marketing director.
