"There is much to be done, and it is expected to start from the beginning, which is to unify the sky." This is the explanation of "Yuan", which means that vigorous and grand work is the power resource on which all things are laid and transformed, and this kind of vigorous and endless power resource runs through the whole process of the operation of Heaven.
"Sex, goods, logistics." This is the explanation of "Heng", which means that with the help of Qi, the cloud turns into rain, and the rain turns into rain, and everything is nourished by it, thriving into various categories and thriving.

This picture is not chaotic or contradictory, but through the coordination and interaction of all things, the highest harmony is formed, which is the so-called "Taihe". "Yuan Henry is true" is the four virtues of doing things, the essence of heaven, and the core is a new word. "Cohesion" said: "Heaven and earth are great virtues." Life is a dynamic process, which can be divided into four stages. Yuan is the beginning of everything. Constant, the length of everything; Beneficiary, everything is successful; Chastity is the success of everything. Matching with the four seasons, Yuan is spring, Heng is summer, Li is autumn harvest, and Zhen is winter storage. This dynamic process does not end at the chastity stage, but starts from chastity, winter goes and spring comes, and begins another round of cycle, so it goes on and on, changing with each passing day, and will always maintain vigorous vitality.
"The first thing, Xianning, the world." These two sentences refer to the achievements created by applying the law of the operation of heaven to personnel. The First Common is about the management of material production, while The World of Xianning is about the management of social politics. The Book of Changes believes that heaven and earth were formed unintentionally, encouraging all things without worrying with saints, and without thoughts and purposes. Although "harmony is guaranteed and harmony is guaranteed" through natural operation, there will be no conscious management behavior. Management behavior is unique to human beings, so we must establish a value orientation and management objectives, consciously manage and plan, and make reasonable arrangements. Heaven and earth are unintentional, people are intentional, heaven and earth are inaction, and people are promising. This is the fundamental difference between the natural history of the universe and the history of human civilization. Management is necessary because heaven can be biological but can't distinguish things, the earth can carry people but can't rule people, and heaven and people do their jobs. The reason why management can be achieved is that human beings can push heaven and human affairs, conform to the law of natural harmony, assist heaven and earth to educate, promote the development of things, take the lead in producing ordinary things in material production, promote rich products and economic prosperity, be a "Xianning of all countries" in social politics, and promote world political harmony and peace.
Cohesion has repeatedly emphasized that Zhouyi is a book of "opening things up", "advocating morality and wide industry", "deep learning" and "stupid learning". The so-called "opening things" means opening things, "success" means achievement, "Suntech" means advocating philosophical cultivation and moral quality, and "expanding business" means expanding achievements and achieving practical results. This is the characteristic of Zhouyi, which lies in the organic connection between theory and practice, cognition and application, and has a strong function of guiding practice. For the needs of practice, in order to achieve things and expand achievements, people should first "learn deeply" and "learn shallowly", conduct a comprehensive and systematic study on the objective law of the operation of Heaven, and form a profound understanding. Regarding this objective law, the Biography of Gangua stated: "The change of the avenue, its life is right, is conducive to maintaining peace and harmony." Among them, "protection and harmony" is the key word, which shows that the universe has naturally formed an overall harmony of "all things coexist and do not harm each other" under the action of objective laws. For human beings, this is the most ideal state worthy of emulation and admiration. If human beings are engaged in material production and social and political management, they can "maintain harmony and harmony" like the nature of the universe and achieve the actual effect of "Xianning, the first public property in the world", which is the highest management goal and the most reasonable value orientation. Therefore, the keyword "Baohe Taihe" can be understood from two levels. As far as its expression of objective laws is concerned, it refers to the laws of nature, also known as "Heaven". As an objective law, "Heaven rules" are silent. The so-called "harmony" is the true face of the universe and the ecological balance achieved by the nature of the universe through its own organizational role without human participation. As far as its implementation at the management level is concerned, the so-called "protection and harmony" is not a fait accompli of the universe, but an ideal goal for human affairs and the highest guiding principle of management behavior. On the former level, "protecting harmony" mainly focuses on the theoretical understanding of objective laws, while on the latter level, it mainly focuses on the practical application of management behavior. The organic combination of the two is the basic program of management philosophy in Zhouyi.

The first hexagram shows dragons "diving", the second hexagram shows dragons "seeing", the third hexagram shows dragons "remonstrating", the fourth hexagram shows dragons "leaping" and the fifth hexagram shows dragons "flying". "Little Elephant" explained that Gan Yuan used "Nine" because the virtue of being pure and honest is not a fixed dogma. We should understand the principle of coordination of yin and yang, combining rigidity with softness, adapt to the requirements of different objective environments and use it flexibly. As for why Gan Yuan used nine, China's classical biography also gave two explanations: "Gan Yuan used nine, and the world ruled." "It is natural to use nine for dry yuan." This is to understand "leaderless" from the height of "Heaven", that is, the law of nature, and think that by comprehensively using the methods of doing things, we can create brilliant achievements in governing the world.
"Classical Chinese" said: Hao Yuan; Balance, the home will also; Those who benefit, the sum of righteousness; Chastity, it's done. A gentleman's benevolence is enough to grow people, a good society is enough to be polite, good things are enough to be harmonious and upright, and a solid character is enough to do things. Therefore, a gentleman who practices these four virtues says, "Action, Yuan, Constant, Reason and Truth."
Classical Chinese is a further exposition of the meaning and rhetoric of hexagrams, which is divided into six sections. The first section explains the hexagram of "Yuan Henry Zhen". Compared with Zhuan Xu, we can see that the emphasis is different. Xunzhuan mainly talks about the natural law of the operation of heaven, while the classical Chinese mainly talks about the use of personnel, and divides those engaged in social and political management into four moral categories. The general idea of this section is that "yuan" means the birth of all things at the level of heaven, and when applied to the level of personnel, it is the "benevolence" of loving others and being the best. "Heng" in heaven means that everything is connected, and its application in personnel is a kind of "ceremony" with beautiful and orderly appearance. The meaning of "profit" at the level of heaven is the success of all things, and its application at the level of personnel is the "righteousness" to promote things in their proper places. The significance of "chastity" on the level of heaven is to achieve everything, and its application on the level of personnel is the "wisdom" to achieve and understand things. Therefore, as the law of heaven, the four virtues of doing are also the four virtues of a gentleman in personnel. Gentlemen follow the example of heaven and engage in social and political management, such as "benevolence is enough to grow people", "propriety is enough to combine rituals", "profit is enough to harmonize righteousness" and "frugality is enough to be practical". The harmony between man and nature is realized through the conscious management behavior of the gentleman, and the success of the management behavior depends on whether the gentleman consciously follows these four moral norms.
The second section below explains the six hexagrams in turn. There is a position, which symbolizes the objective space-time environment that is not transferred by human will. This is a special situation that people encounter if they stay in their position. A gentleman with masculinity, who takes the dragon as the image, is in different positions and faces different situations, so his reasonable behavior and value orientation should be different. Because the six positions are arranged in the order from bottom to top, it represents the complete development series of a thing. If we combine the statements of six gentlemen, we can see that this is a concentrated phenomenology of spirit, a process in which an excellent leader grows up through various tempering, and an independent personality carries forward the spirit of self-improvement and bravely pursues self-realization.
What does it mean to say "don't use hidden dragons" on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month? Confucius said, "The dragon is virtuous and reclusive. Being famous is not easy. Living in seclusion is not boring, and it is not boring to see what it is. If you are happy, you can't pull it out if you are worried. "
In other words, the so-called "hidden dragon" has masculine moral character from the internal quality, but from the external situation, it is submerged in the bottom and has a low status. A real "hidden dragon" should regard this situation as a test of his personality, maintain a normal state of mind, achieve self-esteem, self-confidence and self-improvement, and not change his ethics to cater to secular fashion, nor be obsessed with pursuing a flashy reputation. Seclusion is not to escape from the world, but to be unlucky, unknown, and live in seclusion in the lower class. Even so, I don't feel depressed and upset, full of complaints. Even if my maverick performance is not recognized and rejected, I will also take it with no regrets. Do what you like and resolutely refuse what you don't want. Therefore, although external circumstances have restricted me from doing something and displaying my talents, it is a precious opportunity to hone my internal personality. Only through this kind of tempering can we build a strong personality and be called a real "hidden dragon".
1992, some people say that "seeing dragons in the fields is good for seeing adults". What is this? Confucius said, "The dragon is virtuous and righteous. The letter of words, the sincerity of deeds, the sincerity of laziness and evil, the goodness of the world without cutting, and the virtue of virtue. The position of 92 is the next divination, and living in this position is a fixed pattern, that is to say, whoever lives in this position will act impartially and he will get the middle way. "Courage" is the common meaning, "Yan Yong" is the common speech, and "courage" is the common behavior. "Leisure" means prevention, and "leisure" means prevention of evil. "Kindness" is a verb, and "kindness to the world" means making a good contribution to the world and society. "Cutting" means boasting, and "not cutting" means not boasting. The general idea of the whole sentence is that from the perspective of talent quality and external performance, 92 has already possessed enough monarch virtue to lead everyone. His virtue conforms to the right path, his usual words are honest and credible, his usual behavior is cautious and rigorous, he stays away from evil, he remains sincere, and he has done good things to society without boasting. This right path of virtue behavior has been widely endorsed by everyone, which has produced the effect of influence and enlightenment. These are all essential qualities of a monarch's virtue. But in the sequence of six hexagrams, five are monarchs and one is ministers. 1992 has the virtue of a monarch, but it doesn't have the rank of monarch like 1995. Compared with the ninth day, although it has risen from "hidden dragon" to "seeing dragon", the situation has been greatly improved. In order to overcome the time-space gap between Germany and Germany and rise to the Ninth Five-Year Plan, we must also undertake the Ninth Five-Year Plan.
What does it mean to say that a gentleman works all day, and if he remonstrates at night, he is completely blameless? Confucius said, "A gentleman learns from virtue. Faithful, so into Germany; The rhetoric is sincere, so it is also a career. I know, I know, and I still have a few. Knowing the end, you can be righteous. The former residence is superior but not arrogant, and the next one is not worried. Therefore, it is clumsy to do it because of its time, although it is dangerous. "
93. It is above the bottom, below the top, hanging in the air, that is, it can neither go up nor down, but it can go up and down, which belongs to the middle position. The interpersonal relationship of this rank is very complicated and extremely difficult to deal with. For subordinates, he is a superior and should perform the duties of leadership. For the superior, he is a subordinate and should obey the superior and perform the duties of being led. Therefore, he often encounters some thorny problems that are not easy to handle properly, and he is easily criticized. This is a dangerous and error-prone ranking. As a gentleman with strong personality and virtue of monarch, the most important thing is to carry forward the spirit of self-improvement, learn from virtue, and make more efforts to cultivate and improve personality quality. In improving moral quality, loyalty should be the basis for entering Germany. You should be "sincere in your words" in handling affairs and creating political achievements. No matter right or wrong, we must be consistent in appearance, consistent in words and deeds, and sincere. In addition, it is necessary to cultivate a sense of foresight and overall situation and form a strategic thinking. The so-called "knowing everything, saying everything" and "knowing everything" means knowing the further development trend of things, and "number" is a sign of changes in things, which means that an excellent leader should have a global mind and foresee the further development trend of things. Only in this way can he prepare for a rainy day, grasp the omen and prepare for a leisurely response in advance. The so-called "knowing the end and keeping the right", "knowing the end" is to know the final result of the development of things, which is an objective necessity. Comply with this inevitable law, arrange things just right, in good order, each in its place, that is, "keep righteousness." 93 is in the middle of being easy to make mistakes, but doesn't care about personal gains and losses. But focus on the overall situation, dare to take responsibility and engage in strategic macro-thinking. In the face of "ups and downs" and "perseverance", he will always stick to his personal dignity and spiritual freedom, and will not do evil things to deceive the world, nor will he leave the crowd and give up humanistic care. Under this situation, the most important thing to do in 1994, like in 1993, is still "studying in Germany", but more importantly, "timely", because time is now or never, and 1994 is close to the throne of the Ninth Five-Year Plan. We should seize the opportunity, strengthen personality cultivation and constantly motivate ourselves to make progress.
There is a saying in the Ninth Five-Year Plan that "flying dragons are in the sky, which is beneficial to meet adults". What is this? People in the sky are close to each other, and people in the ground are close to each other. "
Six hexagrams are all based on dragons. It seems that * * * has six dragons, but it is actually six different manifestations of the same dragon under six different time constraints. The vast blue sky is an ideal place for dragons to fly freely, and "flying dragons in the sky" is the perfect realization of the dragon's ideal. As far as personnel is concerned, this is a metaphor for a leader who has the virtue of monarch. After four stages of tempering, he jumped to the ninth five-year plan throne step by step, thus overcoming the contradiction of virtue and no position and realizing his personality ideal. From the dragon's point of view, the blue sky only provides the external conditions for realizing the ideal, and flying freely is the internal essence of the ideal. The same is true for the gentleman who truly embodies the virtue of the dragon. The Ninth Five-Year Plan throne is not an ideal itself, but as an external condition, which is convenient to play a leading role, educate counselors, benefit the people, and create a great achievement of "the best student in the world, Xianning in the world". Therefore, this speech about classical Chinese can be understood from three levels. First of all, it is clearly pointed out that the fundamental reason for realizing the ninth five-year plan supreme throne lies in "echoing with one voice and seeking with the same spirit", which is the result of mutual induction and pursuit of affinity and polymerization between similar things. The so-called "monarch group" is precisely because the monarch has effectively played the role of affinity and aggregation, organized the people into a harmonious group, achieved supreme power and formed a cohesive core. Secondly, this speech also implicitly puts forward the view that a monarch should do his duty. The reason why the monarch gains power lies in "speaking with one voice and seeking with the same spirit", so he should stick to the doctrine of the mean, pursue the way of gregarious, and don't be at odds with the people and live up to their expectations, otherwise he will become a loner, a thief and lose power. Finally, the responsibility of the monarch can further extend the criteria for judging whether the monarch is qualified. According to the style of Zhouyi, the fifth is the rank of monarch, which is a fixed rank. The position of yang is called the ninth five-year plan, and the position of yin is called the sixth five-year plan. Yang doesn't have to be good, and Yin doesn't have to be evil. People who live in this position may not have virtue, and there are often contradictions and asymmetries between virtue and status. In the sixty-four hexagrams of Zhouyi, * * * has sixty-four kings, which are praised and derogated, qualified and unqualified. The specific situation is different, but the standard of measurement is certain. According to the duties of the monarch, we can see whether he pursues the way of getting along with others and whether he adheres to the golden mean.
On the ninth day, I said, "Kang Long has regrets". What is this? Confucius said: "The monarch has no position, the monarch has no people, and the sage is in the next position without assistance, so he regrets it."
Shangjiu is the image of a condemned monarch, because he is overly active, "expensive without position, high without people, sage in the next position without help", and he is not a qualified monarch who can effectively perform his leadership functions. Knowing nine things and then not retreating, being dominated by ignorance and arrogance, pursuing a higher rank than the ninth five-year plan, this is just like the emperor's father. Although he was extremely noble, he lost his position in exercising power. Because of its high status, it will not have the support of the people, nor will it be assisted by the next sage. For a qualified monarch, there are three necessary conditions: one person, one people and one saint. If these three conditions are not met, it is inevitable to move and regret.

The reason why Jiu San "works all day" is because the cultivation of personality is a process of "self-test", which requires a strong sense of subjectivity, self-centeredness, strict requirements, introspection and self-test. The reason why the Ninth Five-Year Plan is a "flying dragon in the sky" is that it has both virtue and monarch status, and can make great achievements and govern the world. For a long time, "Kang Long is regretting" because the power status has risen to the extreme, which will inevitably lead to disastrous consequences. The reason why Gan Yuan "uses nine" is that only by being flexible and adapting to various specific situations can we receive the actual effect of the rectification movement in the world.
The fourth section below explains from the perspective of the operation law of heaven, so that the meanings of heaven and personnel can be mutually confirmed and invented.
"Don't use the hidden dragon", this Yang is very hidden.

"Using nine as a dry element" means seeing nature.
The basis of personnel application is "natural law", which is the philosophical theoretical basis of a whole set of decision-making management thoughts in Zhouyi, and also the key to deeply understand why the six hexagrams have different performances in different periods. The reason why "the hidden dragon is not suitable for use" on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month is because the spirit of the sun is in the latent stage and the time is not yet ripe. 1992 The reason why "the dragon is in the field" is that the yang has risen, everything is budding, and the spring is full, and the whole world presents a splendid scene. The reason why Jiu San "works all day" is that Sun's spirit has risen to this stage, and he is constantly active and keeps pace with the times, reflecting a spirit of self-improvement. 1994 "jumped into the abyss" because the upward trend of Yang's spirit entered a stage of change, vacillating between upward or downward, or forward or backward. The reason why the "flying dragon is in the sky" in the Ninth Five-Year Plan is that the spirit of the sun has entered its heyday through transformation, and everything has achieved fruitful results. Its "first ordinary thing" and natural virtue have been successfully realized. The reason why the wine is served is that "Kang Long has regrets" is because the operation of Heaven follows the objective law that extremes meet, and extremes meet. At this stage, the spirit of the sun has reached the end of the road, and it will inevitably change to the opposite side and decline. Gan Yuan used "Nine" because "Tian Li" is a complete concept, which consists of two basic principles: "Gan Yuan" and "Kun Yuan". They are interactive and complementary. Together, it will be beautiful, but apart, it will hurt. When applying Gan Yuan's method, we must not blindly follow rigidity and impatience. We should understand the principle of harmony between Yin and Yang, seek complementarity from Kun Yuan anytime and anywhere, and overcome our one-sidedness.
