I. Examination organization and management
The guidance and supervision of the examination shall be the responsibility of the Provincial Talent Development Bureau, and the qualification examination and specific examination shall be the responsibility of the Provincial Human Resources Development Bureau.
Second, examination subjects and performance management
The economic examination is divided into three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced, and each level has 10 professional categories, including business administration, agricultural economy, finance and taxation, finance, insurance, transportation economy, human resource management, tourism economy, construction and real estate economy and intellectual property rights.
(1) Advanced Examination
Advanced examination advanced economic practice 1 subject, focusing on questions and combining objective questions. Personnel must meet the unified national qualification standards in order to obtain proof of examination results.
(2) Junior high school examination
Both the elementary and intermediate exams set the public course "Basic Economic Knowledge" and the specialized course "Professional Knowledge and Practice", and the questions are objective. Third, the examination method

The examination duration of each subject of junior high school examination is 1.5 hours, and each subject can be handed in 15 minutes in advance. At the same time, if you apply for public subjects and professional subjects, the exams of the two subjects will be organized by sub-subjects. The total examination time is 3 hours, and the two subjects can hand in their papers 30 minutes in advance.
Fourth, the registration conditions
All economic professionals who abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good moral conduct and professional quality, meet the registration conditions for junior, middle and senior economic professional and technical qualification examinations, and are currently working or registered in Hainan can sign up for the corresponding economic professional examinations in our province.
(a) to participate in the primary economic professional and technical qualification examination conditions
Anyone who is engaged in economic professional work and has a high school education recognized by the national education department (including high school, technical secondary school, vocational high school and technical school, the same below) can sign up for the primary economic professional and technical qualification examination.
(two) one of the following conditions, you can sign up for the intermediate economic professional and technical qualification examination:
1. Graduated from high school and obtained the technical qualification of primary economy major, and worked in related majors for over 10 years;
2. Have a college degree and have been engaged in related professional work for 6 years;

Candidates are required to sign (submit) a commitment letter for the registration of professional and technical personnel qualification examination when registering online, and may not make a commitment on their behalf. The commitment includes: confirming that I know the specified certification obligations, certification contents and application conditions, that I meet the application conditions and requirements, that the information (including personal contact information) filled in is true, accurate, complete and effective, that I meet the application conditions, and that I bear relevant responsibilities for false promises and accept corresponding treatment.
2. Qualification examination
(1) Online Qualification Examination
After the candidates register online, the system will automatically review the registration documents uploaded by the applicants. Candidates who pass the examination can pay online according to the specified time, and no longer go to the site for qualification examination and registration confirmation.

3. Online payment
