1. Prepare relevant materials and go to the Nanjing district public security organ. After submitting the application materials, the staff will check whether the materials are complete. District-level public security organs shall complete the preliminary examination within 5 working days after receiving the application materials, enter the applicant's information into the points settlement information management system, establish the points file, and issue preliminary examination opinions.
2. After the preliminary examination at the district level, it shall be submitted to the municipal level, and the municipal public security department shall distribute the relevant materials to all responsible departments within 2 working days after receiving the materials, and conduct material review within 10 working days.
3. After the final review, if the total score reaches 100 or above, notify the applicant to go through the settlement formalities within 5 working days.
4. It takes 23 working days to complete the settlement of points.
