According to the inquiry of official website of China Railway 18th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., on June 1 1 day, the first 12 bid section of the civil construction of the Liaohe River flood control promotion project, which is under the responsibility of China Railway 18th Bureau No.2 Company, was officially started. The project is located on the right bank of Liaohe River in Panjin City. The main works include dike reinforcement of 36.762km, sand foundation treatment of sand dike of 3.98km, dike-crossing buildings 19, flood control road of 20.178km, rigid protection of dike slope of 5.203km, treatment of 4 dangerous sections, and river treatment of about 37km.
