3, registration matters needing attention and qualification examination
Each applicant is limited to one position. Applicants must submit the following materials when registering:
(1) Two recent two-inch bareheaded front color photos;
(2) Fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions Directly under the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture;
(3) The fresh graduates shall provide the Recommendation Form for Graduates' Two-way Employment Choice, which is uniformly printed by the provincial (municipality directly under the Central Government, district) education authorities.
(4) When registering on site, please bring your resume, academic degree certificate, ID card, professional title qualification certificate, award-winning certificate, professional papers, creative works and other originals and copies.
If the number of qualified applicants for the same position is less than 3 times of the number of recruits for this position, the number of recruitment positions shall be reduced or cancelled accordingly, and an announcement shall be made on the provincial human resources and social security network. The unit that accepts the registration will inform the candidates whose recruitment positions have been cancelled.
The registration fee for this open recruitment is 100 yuan. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination will receive the admission ticket on the spot.
The person in charge and the staff involved in open recruitment have husband-and-wife relationship, lineal blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the candidates, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of recruitment, so they should withdraw.
Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
The examination methods are: ① written examination; 2 interview.
1, the written test is written, and no review book is specified.
2. The written test time will be notified separately. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
3. After marking the written test paper, among those who scored 50 points or above in the written test, the candidates who participated in the interview were determined according to the order from high score to low score and the proportion range of the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position 1:3.
The written test results will be published on the website of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture, and candidates can check with the admission ticket number.
4. The list of interviewers will be published on the website of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture. The interview will be conducted in accordance with the interview methods formulated by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture, and candidates will be notified by posting notices or writing. Full interview score 100, qualified line 60. Candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot.
5. The written test score accounts for 30%, and the interview score accounts for 70%, which is included in the final total score.
Fourth, employment.
After the examination, the final score of the candidates will be determined according to the total score calculation method, and the physical examination personnel will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified medical examination, the one-time replacement personnel will participate in the medical examination.
For those who pass the physical examination, the recruitment unit will organize the examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the examination and physical examination results. The list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the websites of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture for 7 working days. The publicity contents include the recruitment unit, job title, name of the person to be employed, current work or study unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the school shall handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them. After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished. The employment of social workers is subject to a probation period of 6 months, and the probation period for college graduates is 12 months. Those who pass the examination during the probation period and after the expiration of the probation period will be given post grading. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.
