There will be an interview tomorrow. I'm hiring for the first time. I don't know what questions to ask. Please help me solve it.

Because I don't know the specific positions and needs, I will give you some general suggestions.

1. Understand the main job responsibilities and job contents of the position you want to recruit. Then think about it carefully, what ability do these work contents need to do well? List 6-8 items on paper.

2. According to the listed main ability requirements, think about several related issues. For example, if there is "communication ability" in the ability item, you can consider asking the candidates what club activities they have done in school in the past. What is the main job? How to coordinate and communicate with people to complete the work? Wait a minute. Or you can say hello to the applicant directly: can you give an example to show your strong communication skills?

3. If you have relevant work experience, you can also directly ask the applicant if he has relevant experience and ask him how to do it in detail. In this way, we can consider whether the candidate's original work experience can be used in the new position.

4. Evaluate each competency item according to the content answered by the candidate, and hire the candidate with high comprehensive score.

Finally, I would like to remind you that the interview is not only evaluated from the candidates' answers, but also from the candidates' expressions and actions.
