The method of curry pork rice

Materials?

Pork: more or less according to personal preference, potato: 1, onion: 1, carrot: half, curry block: 2? Salt: A little.

1. Dice pork, potatoes, carrots and onions as shown in the figure.

2. Blanch the pork to remove blood foam (Blanching: turn off the fire after the pork is boiled in cold water in the pot, pour out the water and rinse the foam on the pork with cold water).

3. Introduce the oil into the hot pot. After the oil is boiled, pour pork, potatoes, carrots and onions into the pot, stir fry and add a little salt to see if your taste is suitable.

4. After frying, pour in proper amount of water. Be sure to stew the ingredients for a while. When the water level is almost the same, put in the curry block. ?

5. Add curry to the pot and stir fry to avoid pasting the pot.

6. Turn off the heat after the soup is sticky.

7. Put the rice in the bowl and buckle it on the plate, as shown in the picture.

8. Pour the prepared curry on the rice.
