3. Event route
The starting point of the competition is located in the Moon Pier of Wenbo Square in the park.
The competition route revolves around Jinji Lake, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, passing through Suzhou Culture and Art Center, Suzhou International Expo Center, Jinji Lake Business District Core Area, Gong Li Dam, Oriental Gate and Suzhou Center.
4, warm tips
The finish line of the mini runner is 4.5 kilometers away from the track. At that time, the mini-runners will turn right into Suzhou Avenue East, and the half-runners will go straight along Lang Yue Street.
(There will be signs along the way, and track volunteers will also guide the players. )
5. Public transportation
The first bus of Suzhou Rail Transit 1 Line was adjusted on April 18, in order to cooperate with the Golden Horse Race and ensure that the contestants can arrive at the competition site in advance. The first bus departure time of Mudu Station is advanced from 5:40 to 5:06, and the first bus departure time of Zhongnan Station is advanced from 6:00 to 5:35, and the first bus arrives at the "Cultural Expo Center" station (the start-stop area of the event).
These roads are temporarily closed from Wenbo Square-Moonlight Wharf of Suzhou Industrial Park (starting point), passing Guanfeng Street, Modern Avenue, Xinghu Street, Wang Dun Road, Huachi Street, Suzhou Avenue East, Lang Yue Street, Yu Ying Road, Lang Yue Street, Suzhou Avenue East, You 'an Street, Si 'an Street, Zhongyuan Road, Jin Rong Street, Rong Feng Lane, Si 'an Street and Zhongyuan Road.

2. During the competition, the following roads will be completely closed.
Vehicles are prohibited from passing through the competition roads and parking (including occupying parking spaces).

It is estimated that the entrance of Jinjihu Avenue in Xinghu Street will be closed at 9:30, and the entrance of Siji Road in Jinjihu Avenue will be closed at 10:00. 4. Shui Ge Road was closed at 0: 00 on April 17 and released at 0: 00 on April 18 13. Suzhou Avenue East (Lang Yue Street to Modern Avenue) and Guanfeng Street were closed at 22:00 on April 17, and on April 65438.
Where are you going to run before the game: training on the same terrain as your competition venue.
What to eat: Running recipes are still very important. Try to replace highly processed food with fresh fruits and vegetables. Pay attention to how much you eat, don't run more because you eat too much, and don't overindulge yourself.
How much to run: two weeks before the game, we should enter the adjustment period, the main purpose is to control the amount of running and have a full rest. Your performance really doesn't depend on your training two weeks before the game. Keep the original pace for two weeks, reduce the amount of running and do some speed training. Key points: Don't test yourself or do strenuous exercise, which will affect you and make you very tired before the game.
What to do: two days before the race, run for a few minutes easily, or have a rest all day, and then run a few kilometers the day before to relax and prepare for the race.
