1. Applicants for tourism planning qualification should fill in the Technical Report on Qualification Accreditation of Tourism Planning and Design Units as required (for the electronic text of the report, please refer to the Administrative Measures for Qualification Accreditation of Tourism Planning and Design Units in China Tourism Network's policies and regulations, and issue the certificate of legal person qualification, certificate of fixed business premises, certificate of necessary business facilities, internal rules and regulations and management system, existing planning and design achievements and appraisal, professional qualifications and titles of planning and design personnel, and relevant scientific research achievements.

2. To apply for Grade A and Grade B qualifications, the tourism planning and design unit shall apply to the qualification grade evaluation committee of the municipal tourism planning and design unit, and after passing the preliminary examination, recommend the application to the qualification grade evaluation committee of the national tourism planning and design unit. Class C qualified tourism planning and design units are directly recognized by the Municipal Tourism Planning and Design Unit Qualification Accreditation Committee and reported to the National Tourism Planning and Design Unit Qualification Accreditation Committee for the record.

3. The National Tourism Planning and Design Unit Qualification Level Identification Committee is responsible for the identification of Grade A and Grade B qualifications, and the Municipal Tourism Planning and Design Unit Qualification Level Identification Committee is responsible for the identification of Grade C qualification units in the region.

4. The National Tourism Planning and Design Unit Qualification Evaluation Committee and the Municipal Tourism Planning and Design Unit Qualification Evaluation Committee received the Technical Report on the Qualification Evaluation of Tourism Planning and Design Units from the reporting unit, and after data review and on-site inspection, the qualified units issued evaluation documents and issued qualification certificates of tourism planning and design units; Unqualified oral or written feedback.
