3. Cable laying

(2) The cable shall be tightly sealed, and insulation test shall be conducted as required; AC withstand voltage and DC leakage test shall be conducted for cables above 6KW; For cables below 1KW, use megger to test the insulation resistance between lines and between lines and ground, and make records.
(3) When laying, there should be no crossing, cables should be neatly arranged and fixed, and fashion signs should be set. There should be obvious point marks or firm marks along the directly buried cables and their joints. High and low voltage power cables and high and low voltage control cables should be configured in layers in order, generally from top to bottom. If the cable and the control cable are laid on the same side bracket, the power cable should be placed on the control cable. The control cable should not be more than one layer on the ordinary bracket; There should be no more than three floors on the bridge. Ac three-core power cable should not be more than one layer on ordinary supports and hangers; The bridge should not exceed the second floor.
(4) Cable terminal heads and intermediate joints shall be made by trained personnel who are familiar with the process; In the production process, we must strictly abide by the production process regulations; When making cable heads outdoors, it should be done under good weather conditions, and measures should be taken to prevent dust and foreign dirt.
