How to fill in the English address of visa application?

The address can be particularly detailed without translation. If you want to turn it over,

Hubin North Road, Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province 1 15-2

English, provinces and cities do not need translation. The number of xx can generally be turned out.

Foreigners like to wrap lines where they fill in the address. You can write it all on one line (if possible), or you can write it in half, for example (don't put a comma at the end of the line break):

Hubin North Road, Siming District 1 15-2

Xiamen, Fujian, China
