The classification of non-police officers is as follows:

1, consulting category. Consultation and alarm involving laws, regulations and policies, and consultation and alarm involving the jurisdiction of relevant government departments and the business of enterprises and institutions;

Step 2 ask for help. Help-seeking alarm units and residents need help and legal aid from relevant government departments in handling and maintaining water, electricity and heating services;

3. disputes. It is an alarm for disputes in economy, family, neighborhood, marriage, consumption, trading, labor, property rights, leasing, medical care, land acquisition and demolition. Accepted by relevant government functional departments;

4. report complaints. It belongs to the relevant functional departments of the government, enterprises and institutions, and accepts reports and alarms on consumer service disposal, invoice demand, food and medicine, city appearance and environment, fake cigarettes and wine, online garbage, product quality, price problems, minors' internet access, heating problems, etc. ; Complaints from relevant government departments, complaints from enterprises and institutions and their staff;

5. Other non-police calls for help that are not under the jurisdiction of public security organs.

Non-police alarm refers to the 1 10 alarm received by the people's police of public security organs outside their own jobs, including non-police alarm, harassment alarm, lying alarm, exaggerating false alarm, etc. A large number of invalid alarms make grass-roots police exhausted, attend to one thing and lose sight of another, which weakens their work relatively.

"People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 6 The people's police of public security organs shall perform the following duties according to the division of responsibilities:

(a) to prevent, stop and investigate illegal and criminal activities;

(2) Maintaining public order and stopping acts endangering public order;

(3) Maintaining traffic safety and traffic order and handling traffic accidents;

(four) to organize the implementation of fire control work, the implementation of fire supervision;

(five) the management of firearms, ammunition, controlled knives and inflammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive and other dangerous goods;

(six) the management of special industries as stipulated by laws and regulations;

(seven) to guard the specific personnel specified by the state and guard the important places and facilities;

(8) Managing assemblies, processions and demonstrations;

(nine) the management of housework, nationality, entry and exit affairs and foreigners' residence and travel in China;

(ten) to maintain public order in the country (border);

(eleven) the execution of criminal punishment for criminals sentenced to criminal detention and deprivation of political rights;

(twelve) to supervise and manage the security protection of computer information systems;

(thirteen) to guide and supervise the public security work of state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions and key construction projects, and to guide the public security prevention work of mass organizations such as public security committees;

(fourteen) other duties as prescribed by laws and regulations.
