How do you usually talk when you call the recruiting teacher?

Generally don't say anything deliberately. The more you pretend, the more hypocritical you are, the more respectful you are, what your work experience is good at, and the requirements for your work are nothing, just relax. That's how I handled it when I entered the company. Everything went smoothly!
