Children of migrant workers who come to primary schools in our district must meet the following conditions:
At least one parent has signed a labor contract or applied for an industrial and commercial business license with the employer in Shinan District, and has worked in Shinan District for more than 1 year;
At least one parent holds the Residence Permit for Shinan District of Qingdao, and the other parent is not registered in the three districts of the city;

Two. Documents required for children of migrant workers to enter school:
(1) Household register of children and their parents in their place of origin;
(2) Parents' ID cards of school-age children;
(3) Shinan District Residence Permit for parents of school-age children;
(4) property buyers: real estate license; If the real estate license is not handled, the "Purchase Contract" and the payment receipt shall be issued; Lessee: Qingdao Housing Lease Registration Certificate;
(5) Official text of labor contract, Qingdao employment registration form and social security card provided by legal employment; Provide Shinan industrial and commercial business license for legal operation;

The laws and regulations formulated by the state are the most extensive.
