7, contact and guide the municipal government offices abroad investment cooperation business.

Investment promotion bureau
(a) to implement the principles and policies of the state, the provincial party committee and the provincial government to open wider to the outside world, and to study and put forward relevant provisions on domestic economic cooperation and investment attraction in conjunction with relevant departments; Participate in the study of the relevant provisions of the province's opening up, economic cooperation and investment promotion; Responsible for the province's opening up, economic cooperation and investment promotion; To undertake the organization, liaison, negotiation and service of domestic and foreign economic cooperation and investment promotion activities decided by the provincial government; Organize and participate in the promotion, tracking and service of key projects of economic cooperation and investment attraction in our province.
(two) to undertake the daily work of the joint working committee of our province and foreign governments and international companies assigned by the office of the leading group of the provincial government in Sichuan and the province for opening to the outside world; Assist in solving important problems reflected by investors inside and outside the province.

Article 16 People's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of market participants according to law, improve the intellectual property protection mechanism, and promote the connection between administrative protection and judicial protection. The intellectual property department of the people's government at or above the county level shall improve the fast-track mechanism for reporting, complaining, safeguarding rights, assisting and administrative handling of cases related to intellectual property protection, encourage and guide enterprises to establish a patent early warning system, and support industry associations and intellectual property intermediary service institutions to provide enterprises with early warning and strategic analysis services for intellectual property rights in the target market. The intellectual property department of the provincial people's government shall establish an overseas emergency rescue mechanism for intellectual property rights, guide enterprises and industry associations to formulate emergency plans for major overseas intellectual property cases, and support industry associations and intellectual property intermediary service institutions to provide overseas intellectual property disputes, disputes and emergencies for enterprises.
