(five) the civil affairs, ethnic and religious departments are responsible for the use of Chinese characters in the names of geographical names, boundary markers of administrative divisions and buildings with geographical names;
(six) the words used in traffic signs, large and medium-sized vehicles and taxi door badges are responsible for the public security, transportation and ethnic and religious departments;
(seven) travel agencies, hotels, residents' reception stations, agricultural (animal husbandry) music, tourist attractions and highway tourist signs, advertising words, by the tourism, transportation, industry and commerce and ethnic and religious departments responsible;
(eight) the words used in the safety production warning, identification signs and guidelines are responsible for the supervision and administration of production safety and the ethnic and religious departments;
(9) The planning and development of Tibetan language and bilingual teaching and the training of bilingual teachers shall be the responsibility of the education, ethnic and religious departments. Article 12 Autonomous Prefecture shall standardize the Chinese characters used in Tibetan society.
The translation between Tibetan and national common characters should be accurate, easy to understand and elegant. Special names such as names and place names are mainly transliterated, and people who are used to translating names and place names are respected, and ambiguous Chinese characters are not used to translate names and place names. The words used in Chinese translation correspond to Tibetan names, and the names should be fixed. Thirteenth autonomous regulations, separate regulations, local regulations, rules and important announcements, resolutions, decisions and orders. At the same time, an announcement should be issued to standardize the use of Tibetan and the national common language. Article 14 The election documents, voter lists, voter cards, list of candidates for deputies, ballot papers, certificates of election of deputies and seals of the election committee formulated or published by autonomous prefectures shall be written in Tibetan and ethnic languages. The reports, resolutions and decisions of the main meetings of the people's congresses at all levels in the fifteenth autonomous prefecture shall be written in Tibetan and ethnic languages. During the meeting, according to different regions and objects, report in Tibetan or national common language and provide translation; The bills, opinions and suggestions of Tibetan deputies can be put forward in Tibetan, and the organizer can reply in Tibetan.
Other meetings, gatherings and various large-scale activities should use Tibetan and the national common language at the same time, or provide translation between Tibetan and the national common language as needed.
