System construction:

According to the task arrangement requirements of company leaders, it is required to implement a unified catering and attendance system in headquarters, agrochemical, Lufeng and Skyworth. Knowing the actual situation of the four places for many times, and coordinating and communicating with suppliers for many times according to the requirements of end users, so that the system can meet the actual needs of our company as much as possible. For the problems found in the initial operation, I worked overtime at the scene and contacted the supplier to solve them. After many experiments and improvements, I finally successfully upgraded the system of Skyworth Middle School in early July, which completely solved the problem of data synchronization.

According to the work requirements of the Ministry office, I formulated the detailed information system installation process and requirements, kept in touch with infrastructure engineers from the beginning, and gradually completed the installation of infrastructure such as integrated wiring. During this period, I contacted the Administration Department several times to ask when to move, so as to install and debug the network equipment in advance and apply for telephone broadband. In particular, I received the instruction of10 to move on June 6, and the network system must operate normally.
