1. First, go to the police station under the jurisdiction of the destination account to issue a certificate of permission to move, and bring your ID card and household registration book with you, and sometimes you need to bring your real estate license and marriage certificate; After getting the certificate, go back to the village Committee or neighborhood Committee where the account is located, issue a migration change form, and then go to the local police station to register.
2. Go to the police station under the jurisdiction of the destination account to confirm the successful migration of the account and establish a new account book. Finally, register with the community neighborhood Committee under the jurisdiction of the place. It should be noted that farmers can transfer to residents, but residents cannot transfer to farmers. Don't move out of the countryside easily, or you can't move back.
The materials required for transfer are as follows:
1, residence booklet, identity card and local household registration migration certificate; Household register of the moving household;
2. New households must have a housing certificate or a housing property certificate issued by the housing management department;
3. Immigrants who meet the requirements for applying for and renewing resident identity cards shall each hand in two recent black-and-white headshots on one-inch glossy paper, and one for those who have reached the age of 16; If you move in because of marriage, you must hold a marriage certificate;
4. If the agricultural population moves into the countryside, there shall be proof that the township government and villagers' committee in the place where it moves agree to move in;
If you move into the room of non-immediate relatives, you should apply for permission from the local police station before moving into the household registration.
Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration.
If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.
Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.
Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
Article 13
A citizen who moves shall, within three days in the city and ten days in the countryside from the date of arrival at his place of residence, report to the household registration authority for registration of moving, and submit a certificate of moving.
Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:
(a) demobilized soldiers, the county and city military service organs or military service organs at or above the regimental level issued documents.
(2) Overseas Chinese and returned students shall show their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China.
(3) A person released by a people's court, a people's procuratorate or a public security organ shall issue a certificate from the releasing organ.
Article 19 If a citizen's household registration changes due to marriage, divorce, adoption, claim, separation, merger, disappearance, recovery or other reasons, the head of the household or himself shall report the change registration to the household registration authority.
