The doctor qualification certificate is a national unified examination. At present, the registration conditions for the doctor qualification examination are still implemented in accordance with the provisions of version 20 14. Anyone who meets the following conditions can take the doctor qualification examination, but there are certain restrictions in various regions, mainly based on the requirements of local on-site audit:

1. Professional requirements:

(1) Western medicine majors and Chinese medicine majors cannot apply for each other;

(2) The clinical, oral and public health classes of western medicine cannot apply for each other; Traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, apprentices and genuine specialties in the category of traditional Chinese medicine cannot apply for each other, and those who have obtained assistant qualification certificates can continue to apply for practicing qualifications;

(3) Western medicine majors in Chinese medicine hospitals cannot apply for the category of western medicine, except those who can provide approval documents from the provincial education administrative department.

2. Category requirements:

(1) Application category and probation position category must be the same;

(2) After obtaining the qualification of assistant physician, those who apply for practicing medicine with a second degree must have the same major;

(3) The specialty of five senses can choose clinical and oral categories according to the actual work experience and post, but the category cannot be changed when the assistant is promoted to practice;

(4) A five-year undergraduate degree in preventive medicine and maternal and child health medicine can apply for public health; With a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine and a trial in public health posts, you can apply for public health with this degree.

3. Educational requirements:

(1) Persons with a bachelor's degree or above in medical major in colleges and universities who have completed a one-year probation period in medical, preventive and health care institutions under the guidance of medical practitioners may take the qualification examination for medical practitioners.

(2) Having obtained the practicing certificate of practicing assistant physician, having a medical college degree in an institution of higher learning, and having worked in a medical, preventive and health care institution for two years; Those who have medical education in secondary specialized schools and have worked in medical, preventive and health care institutions for five years can take the qualification examination for practicing doctors.

(3) Those who have a medical college degree in an institution of higher learning or a medical professional degree in a secondary specialized school and have completed a one-year probation period in a medical, preventive and health care institution under the guidance of a medical practitioner may take the qualification examination for practicing assistant doctors.
