Chapter I General Principles
Article 1 According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations, the enrollment regulations of Guizhou Vocational College of Water Resources and Hydropower in 2020 are formulated.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the examination and enrollment of the general college entrance examination in our college in 2020.

Guizhou Vocational College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower is a full-time public university approved by Guizhou Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. The college is affiliated to the Water Resources Department of Guizhou Province, with full-time general higher education as the mainstay, secondary vocational education as the supplement, and continuing education as the supplement.
Adhering to the motto of "self-improvement, respecting morality and carrying things", the college pursues the educational concept of "moral education first, ability first and all-round development" and vigorously promotes the talent training mode of combining work with study and school-enterprise cooperation. After more than 60 years of development, the college has trained tens of thousands of skilled talents and is known as the "cradle of water conservancy talents in Guizhou". The college is located in Qingzhen Vocational Education City, Guiyang City, covering an area of 600 mu, with a planned construction area of 310.4 million square meters.
Chapter III Organizational Structure
Article 4 Enrollment institutions: Under the unified leadership of the Provincial Admissions Committee and the Provincial Department of Education, the College has set up an enrollment leading group headed by the dean in charge to strengthen the leadership of enrollment. According to the principle of "strict procedures, strengthening management and supervision", the college admissions department has made the registration conditions open, the selection procedures open, the admission results open and the supervision mechanism open.
Article 5 Supervisory body: The discipline inspection and supervision department of the college participates in the enrollment work throughout the whole process, strengthens the leadership over the enrollment work, comprehensively coordinates and supervises the implementation process of the enrollment work, and ensures that the enrollment work is fair, just and open.

Chapter V Registration Time, Method and Process
Article 7 Registration conditions: Candidates who meet the registration conditions for the general college entrance examination in Guizhou Province should be (previous) ordinary high school graduates. Candidates whose ideological and political morality and physical health meet the Ministry of Education's "Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020".
Article 8 Time and method of registration: Candidates who meet the registration requirements should be (previous) ordinary high school graduates, and must log in to the website of the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute according to the "2020 Guizhou Provincial College Admissions Catalogue" published by the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute (
Article 25 Matters not covered in the Articles of Association shall be implemented according to the national enrollment policy.
Article 26 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by Guizhou Vocational College of Water Resources and Hydropower.
