Zucchini can be fried with cabbage as follows:
Ingredients: zucchini 1, Chinese cabbage 1/4, tomato 1, garlic slices 10g, soy sauce 5g, salt 5g and chicken essence 5g.
1. When the oil is hot, add the garlic slices and saute until fragrant. Add the zucchini and stir-fry for one minute, then add the cabbage and stir-fry. Then add the right amount of soy sauce.
2. When the zucchini is soft, add the tomatoes, and before the tomatoes with soup are formed, add the right amount of salt and chicken essence. Turn off the fire and load the plate.
