If the account number and account name information match incorrectly, it will be automatically transferred to manual processing.
(2) 2) Daily 16: 10 to 2 1:00 for CPS application and filing business in the same city. If the account number and account name information match correctly, it will be automatically recorded in real time. If the account number and account name information match incorrectly, it will be handled manually on the next working day;
(3) For other incoming call services of CPS, if the account number and account name information match correctly, it can be recorded automatically in real time; If the account number and account name information do not match correctly, the automatic reply will fail.
Note: In shutdown mode, all incoming CPS services will not be processed for the time being, but will be processed automatically after startup. The transaction banking department of the branch can adjust the CPS operation time according to the needs of business development and management.
