Unforgettable journey
197010 June 13, the former Ministry of Machinery Industry issued a document to establish the Comprehensive Technology Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, which is responsible for aviation standardization and new technology promotion. By introducing and reforming Soviet standards, aviation standardization began. 1980 a complete set of American military standards was issued, and 1983 was listed in the military standardization research room of the commission of science, technology and industry for national defense to undertake the national military standardization work. Here, the first national military standard (GJB 1 General Design Criteria for the Joint of Airborne Stores and Suspension Devices) was born.
In the 1990s, standardization and quality began to enter the task management of model development, and the operating conditions of 30 1 Institute were improved. 30 1 The proceeds were listed in the Science, Technology and Industry Committee of National Defense and the Standardization Research Center of the General Armament Department, and the Aviation Industry Reliability and Environment Test Center and the Aviation Airborne Products Comprehensive Environment Laboratory were established.
After 2000, due to attaching great importance to standardization and quality problems in aviation model development, the institute became the deputy chief division unit of model development, the designated laboratory for equipment finalization and reliability environment of services and arms, the designated laboratory for basic product testing, the domestic technical counterpart of ISO/TC20 (Aerospace Technical Committee), and the secretariat for qualification and certification of NDT personnel in national defense science, technology and industry.
After 20 10 years, it became the central standardization technical support unit, listed the office of the industrial brand cultivation expert group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the quality and benefit research base of the General Administration of Market Supervision, and organized the release of the first aviation international standard, and the quality and reliability changed from technology following to technology leading.

Based on the long-term accumulation in the field of standardization and quality, we provide quality and standardization services for government agencies such as the Central Financial Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Administration of Market Supervision, the Science and Technology Bureau, the National Standards Committee and the Military Commission departments such as the Equipment Development Department, and provide strategic planning, policy support and public services by judging the current situation and looking forward to the future, so as to promote industry change and progress.

Based on the positioning in the field of equipment construction, focusing on the main business, we will provide technical services such as standardization, quality engineering and airworthiness and third-party testing and appraisal services for all departments and units in the field of aviation equipment. By participating in aviation model standardization, general quality characteristics, comprehensive support and test identification, support the development and use support of air force, navy, land aviation and other models.

Based on the knowledge and technical foundation in the field of military industry, we provide online and offline standard knowledge, tools and software, service media, expert resources, professional training and education, management consulting and other services for the vast number of military enterprises, enterprises in industrial fields and enterprises, personnel and products in the People's Army.
I applaud the commercial layout and role design of "Three Parts" and "Three Parts"-extremely innovative, unconventional and practical. All three departments are labeled as "service" and "product", which shows that the positioning is accurate and the concept is new. This is a challenging and enlightening development program that follows the pace of the times, grasps the technical laws and draws with new cognition and new vocabulary.
The general environment of technical basic work is changing quietly, and the general trend is that the basic business is expanding and strengthening, which shows this feature from the research and application of basic technology to the construction layout and use of public facilities. The business of the previously established technical foundation has increased, the demand is strong, and the requirements have been significantly improved.
The business department of 30 1 Institute also faces many challenges, which need to meet a variety of urgent needs, such as the need to establish and apply advanced/leading standards, the need to guarantee and improve the quality of equipment, the need for traditional "five characteristics" plus six characteristics (adaptability to natural and electromagnetic environment) testing and certification, the need for all parties to effectively use high-quality data and value mining, and the need for industry knowledge dissemination and basic business training.
