According to the provisions of Articles 32 and 41 of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and the Regulations of the Chinese People's Liberation Army on the Service of Officers in Active Service, and based on the conditions of officers' dependents approved by the Central Military Commission in 1963 and stipulated by the General Political Department, combined with the actual situation of our army, it is proposed to re-stipulate the conditions of officers' dependents (including civilian cadres) as follows:
Officers and civilian cadres who meet one of the following conditions, their spouses, minor children and children who have no ability to live independently, may join the army with the approval of the political organs of units above the division level:
1. Officers and civilian cadres at or above the deputy battalion level (including, the same below) or at the deputy division level (including professional, technical 1 1 level and physical education level 7, the same below).
2. Officers and civilian cadres who are in active service or have served in the army for more than fifteen years (inclusive, the same below).
3. Officers and civilian cadres who have served in frontier counties (cities), desert areas, third-class remote areas designated by the state, first-class and second-class islands designated by the PLA headquarters, and ships of the army and air force performing maritime tasks or served as first-class clerks or above (including professional technology 12 and sports level 8) and have worked in the above-mentioned troops or ships for more than three years.
4. Officers who have served in frontier counties (cities), desert areas, third-class remote areas designated by the state, first-class and second-class islands designated by the PLA headquarters, and deputy company posts or second-class clerks (including professional and technical level 13 and sports level 9) who have served in active service or the army for more than ten years (including working in the above-mentioned troops or boats for more than three years).
Five, graduated from colleges and universities, engaged in testing, measurement and control work in missile, satellite and nuclear weapons test and training bases for more than five years, or engaged in assembly inspection work in strategic missile units for more than five years.
6. Officers who have served on ships and boats of the Navy and the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (only for maritime missions) and have worked on ships and boats at or above the deputy company level (including professional technology 13 level) for more than three years.
Seven, aircrew (including flight, navigation, communications, shooting, maintenance, the same below) officers, or officers serving on nuclear submarines.
8. Officers and civilian cadres at or above the chief level (including professional and technical level 10 and sports level 6) of troops stationed in Beijing urban area; Or (in the army) serving in active service 15 years or more, deputy battalion commander, deputy division level officer or civilian cadre. The conditions for military officers and families of civilian cadres stationed in Beijing counties to join the army shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1 and 2. The conditions for the families of aircrew stationed in Beijing to be embedded in the army shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.
Active duty officers who meet any of the above conditions can rely on: the certificate that the family members of the officers are accompanying the army; Approval form for officers' families; Military officer's card (and submit a copy); Original household registration certificate or ID card of the police station where the account of the transferred person is located (and submit a copy); Valid proof of the relationship between army personnel and army officers, apply to the household registration department of the police station in the jurisdiction where they settle down, and after approval, they can move into the household registration room of the local police station to settle down.
In particular, it is pointed out that the family members in the document are generally: family members other than the head of the household registration book. So if you are not married, your parents are your family in principle.
