Through the implementation of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", new progress has been made in deepening the application of e-government, benefiting the people and enterprises through informatization, further enhancing the government's service capacity, and benefiting the whole people through informatization achievements. (4) Integrate and build a comprehensive emergency system for provincial public emergencies. Based on the provincial emergency platform, we will promote the construction of emergency systems and the development of emergency resources for various majors such as safety production, integrate and access emergency resources of relevant departments, and realize comprehensive dispatching and display; Unified organization and development of emergency spatial geographic system and emergency information resource directory system required for emergency platform to realize * * * sharing; Unified development of emergency comprehensive business management, monitoring and early warning, emergency support, simulation exercises and other system software, to achieve information and resource sharing.
