The material department implements the decentralized system of purchasing, inspection, receiving, approval and payment, and it is not allowed to reduce links. Without formalities, 200 yuan will be fined.
2. All materials shall be handed over and signed by the material accountant. Omission during handover shall be handled by the original agent, and the loss of expenses shall be borne by the individual. Those who leave without going through the handover formalities shall be punished by 500 yuan and held accountable accordingly.
3. In principle, materials shall be purchased by the project department, and the material purchasing personnel shall do a good job in price information investigation, communication, consultation and information demonstration, and keep abreast of changes in commodity prices. The price of bulk materials shall not exceed 3% of the price investigated by the headquarters, and bulk materials shall not exceed 1.5%. Materials are mainly of high quality and urgently needed, and it is not allowed to buy materials with low price and poor quality on the pretext that they cannot be submitted for approval. The' unqualified' materials bought back are resolutely returned, and the buyer will compensate 50% for the part that cannot be returned.
The purchase of fixed assets must be approved by the general manager. No one else is allowed to make decisions without authorization, and buyers are not allowed to buy at will. Offenders will be fined 500 yuan, and the corresponding responsibilities will be investigated.

The materials supplied by Party A, including the main materials used for installation, can only be delivered to Party A after the project manager and the construction party complete the signing formalities according to the plan provided by the budgeter. When the goods are inspected and put into storage, there should be more than three signatures of the corresponding type of work representative, material engineer and doorman. On the day of acceptance, no overnight stay is allowed, and each person will be fined 200 yuan.
9. The three major materials and the main materials for installation shall be returned by the delivery unit's bill of lading, and all materials with unqualified specifications, quantity and quality shall be returned. If unqualified materials are collected, the responsible person shall be fined more than 500 yuan per vehicle.
10, the materials shall be put into storage in a unified measurement standard, with the weight in kilograms and the volume in cubic meters. These materials are truly collected and measured. 14. The receiver shall establish a ledger and register all kinds of materials in detail in sequence. Security personnel should also set up accounts, but only steel, wood, cement, sand and stones and bricks should be registered. The materials clerk will compare the two accounts every month, investigate and report the problems in time and take corresponding measures. Violators will be fined 200 yuan.
15. Before the materials supplied by Party A enter the site, the price and quality must be approved by Party A to avoid wrangling afterwards. At the end of the project, the remaining materials supplied by Party A shall be returned in time.
16, material accounting is responsible for material classification, so that all account books and reports of warehouses for civil engineering, installation and decoration are standardized and unified, which is convenient for management and inspection. The material accountant is responsible for clearing up the backlog of materials and exchanging information with the purchasing department and other projects at any time for calling.
17, Automobile Impact Ordinance:
(1) Timetable shuttle bus: 130 does not exceed 30 yuan/hour, and Dongfeng and Jiefang 5 tons do not exceed 40 yuan/hour, which is calculated according to the actual car use time.
(2) The loading and unloading freight of leased materials shall not exceed 30 yuan per ton.
(3) Trash transportation: 130 Vehicles within the Third Ring Road shall not exceed 70 yuan, vehicles within the Third Ring Road shall not exceed 80 yuan, and vehicles within the Second Ring Road shall not exceed 90 yuan. Special circumstances should be considered separately.
18. The leased materials shall be strictly checked and accepted by the representatives, doormen and storekeepers of the corresponding jobs. The material engineer shall establish an account of the leased materials and urge the construction department to keep them properly. Do not cut and weld at will, and the contractor shall be held responsible for the losses caused.
