(2) Qualification
1, generally full-time graduate students in ordinary universities or full-time undergraduates in "double-class" universities and former "21"and "985" universities. The following conditions can be relaxed to full-time undergraduates in ordinary universities (except independent colleges and Chinese-foreign cooperative education): (1) graduates of finance, environmental protection, planning, statistics, Confucianism, information technology and other related majors or personnel with more than 3 years of relevant professional work experience; (2) Personnel with corresponding deputy senior and above professional and technical qualifications; (3) working in a public institution, being selected as a talent in a talent engineering project at or above the municipal level or a highly skilled talent who has won the title of municipal chief technician and provincial technical expert; (4) people working in towns (streets) or economically disadvantaged counties and counties directly under them (Surabaya, Weishan, Yutai, Jinxiang, Jiaxiang, Wenshang and Liangshan); (5) Persons voluntarily accepted by the enterprise.
High-skilled talents who have been selected into talent projects above the municipal level or won the title of municipal chief technician and provincial technical expert have no academic requirements.
2, the age is generally not more than 40 years old. Among them, high-skilled talents who solve the problem of separation between husband and wife or full-time doctoral students, have corresponding associate senior and above professional and technical qualifications, are selected into talent projects at or above the municipal level, and have won the title of municipal chief technician and provincial technical expert can be relaxed to 45 years old.
3. Over the years, the annual assessment is "competent (qualified)" and above, and there is no bad record such as violation of discipline and law. Those who have job requirements and minimum service years shall comply with relevant policies and regulations.
4, arranged to schools or medical institutions, should have the corresponding teacher qualification certificate or relevant qualification certificate.

For the outstanding and urgently needed high-level talents in our city, we can further relax the conditions of academic qualifications, age and so on in accordance with the relevant provisions of the introduction of talents in our city. Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with members of the leading bodies of schools and hospitals shall not be assigned to management positions in schools and hospitals; Those who have the above relationship with the staff of other institutions and members of the leadership team of the competent department shall not be arranged to work in this unit; Those who have the above relationship with the members of the leading group of state-owned enterprises shall not hold middle-level or above management positions or positions in personnel, discipline inspection and supervision, auditing and finance.
Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations on Registration of Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC), if a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the place where the household registration is located, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for registration, obtain a transfer certificate and cancel the household registration before moving out. Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority. Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
