major duty
(a) the implementation of human resources and social security laws, regulations and rules. Prepare the county's human resources and social security development plan, formulate relevant policies and reform plans, and organize their implementation, supervision and inspection. Responsible for the statistical work in the related fields of human resources and social security in the county.
(2) Responsible for promoting employment. Formulate employment development plans and policies for coordinating urban and rural areas, and improve the public employment and entrepreneurship service system and employment assistance system. Take the lead in formulating employment policies for college graduates, and be responsible for employment guidance and services for graduates after leaving school. Establish and improve the prediction, early warning, monitoring and analysis system of employment and unemployment.
(three) to undertake the work related to talent development. Cooperate with the formulation and implementation of important policies and measures related to talent development strategy, planning and talent work in the county, and guide and coordinate the organization and implementation of talent projects such as talent selection, training and introduction in the county. Responsible for the comprehensive management of professional and technical personnel in the county, take the lead in deepening the reform of professional title system, and be responsible for the professional qualification management of professional and technical personnel.
(four) responsible for the basic old-age insurance, industrial injury insurance and unemployment insurance. Formulate policies and standards for basic old-age insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and social security for land-expropriated farmers, supervise their funds according to law, and improve the overall level of funds.
