In order to further support the development of Chengyang District, Shanghe Demonstration Zone and Qingdao High-tech Zone, and give full play to the role of Jiaozhou Bay Bridge in strengthening the traffic connection between the east coast urban area and the north coast urban area, from 0: 00 on June 65438+1October 65438+September 2022, the differentiated charging standards were implemented from Qingdao end of Jiaozhou Bay Bridge to Hongdao South Toll Station and Shanghe Jiaozhou Station. This is another measure taken by the government to benefit people's livelihood, optimize the business environment, promote economic development and control traffic congestion.
Jiaozhou Bay Bridge is the first super-large bridge project at sea in China, which was built by the project legal person through international bidding. 20 1 19 June, in order to optimize the urban spatial layout and promote the regional economic and social development around JIAOZHOU bay, JIAOZHOU bay bridge implemented a differentiated toll policy with the consent of the municipal government and the approval of relevant provincial departments, on the basis of fully considering the opinions and suggestions of all sectors of society on adjusting the toll.
First, the implementation subject is more flexible.
In this deepening reform, relevant districts actively participate in regional traffic development, negotiate with expressway management units to determine differentiated charging policies, and implement differentiated charging for vehicles passing through Qingdao-Hongdao South and Qingdao-Shanghe Jiaozhou. The Municipal Transportation Bureau strengthens the top-level design, communication and coordination, gives full play to the functions of expressway flow regulation, congestion alleviation and efficiency improvement, and strives to achieve multi-win results.
Second, the implementation goal is more accurate.
The goal of deepening reform is to install a class of buses using ETC equipment. On the one hand, the Ministry of Transport of the National Development and Reform Commission, in the Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Application Service of Electronic Toll Collection on Freeways, requires that all kinds of preferential policies, such as toll reduction and exemption, will be implemented through the ETC system from 2020 10. On the other hand, Hongdao South Toll Station is prone to congestion in the morning and evening rush hours. Only by giving full play to the function of ETC system to pass through the expressway quickly without stopping can we improve the traffic efficiency of the road network and benefit more car owners.
Third, the fee reduction is even greater.
Both Hongdao South and Shanghe Jiaozhou have reduced their tolls by more than 50%. The Qingdao end of Jiaozhou Bay Bridge passes to Hongdao South Toll Station in both directions, and the single toll is adjusted from 10 yuan to 5 yuan. The one-time toll for the first-class traffic from Qingdao end of Jiaozhou Bay Bridge to Shanghe Jiaozhou Station will be adjusted from 20 yuan to 10 yuan from Monday to Friday, and from 20 yuan to 0 yuan on Saturday and Sunday. On this basis, you can further enjoy the preferential discount for ETC vehicles stipulated by national policies, which is currently 15% off.
Like the last differentiated toll, the toll of expressway vehicles reduced by this deepening reform is still subsidized by finance. In addition, the policy of Hongdao South Toll Station is valid for three years, from 0: 00 on June 10 to 24: 00 on June 18, 2025. The policy of Shanghe Jiaozhou Toll Station is valid for 1 year, from 0: 00 on June 9, 2022 to 24: 00 on June 8, 2023.
