Check-out process of Hangzhou public rental housing

1. The lessee vacates the house and applies to the municipal leasing center for rent withdrawal. Contact the lessee within 5 working days to determine the inspection time.

2. The city leasing center will send a special person to inspect the house with the lessee at the agreed time. If the house is damaged, lost or changed due to improper use by the lessee, the lessee shall be liable for maintenance or compensation; Both parties confirm the readings of water, electricity, gas and solar energy meters on site, fill in the check-out form, and the lessee returns the key.

3. Within 3 working days after the acceptance of the house, the lessee shall go through the check-out formalities with his ID card, lease contract, lease deposit receipt, check-out list, water, electricity, gas, solar hot water, cable TV, network and management fee list (handled by the lessee to the relevant departments) at the city leasing center. If there is arrears in rent, at the same time, the rent should be paid according to the regulations.

4. If the lessee fails to check out the house within 10 working days after the house acceptance, the rent shall be calculated as overdue until all check-out procedures are completed.

Application conditions for public rental housing in Hangzhou

The specific conditions for eligible urban lower-middle income families, newly-employed university graduates and entrepreneurs within the urban area of Hangzhou (excluding Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Fuyang District and Lin 'an District, the same below) are as follows:

1, families with housing difficulties in cities and towns with lower-middle income must meet the following conditions when applying for public rental housing:

(1) The applicant has a permanent residence in the town for more than 5 years (inclusive);

(2) The per capita disposable income of the applicant's family in the previous year was less than 6 1 172 yuan;

(3) The applicant family has no room in the urban area, Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District.

2, the new employment of college graduates, entrepreneurs to apply for public rental housing must also meet the following conditions:

(1) The applicant has a permanent residence in the urban area, or holds the Zhejiang Residence Permit issued by the public security organs in the urban area, Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District within the validity period;

(2) The applicant has an intermediate (inclusive) or above title, or has obtained a senior vocational qualification certificate for 2 years, or has graduated from a university with a bachelor's degree or above for less than 7 years (those with a master's degree or above are not limited by the graduation period);

(3) The applicant has worked in an urban employer, signed a labor contract 1 year or more, continuously paid the housing accumulation fund or social insurance premium for more than 6 months (inclusive), or held the urban business license and tax payment certificate 1 year or more (inclusive);

(4) The per capita disposable income of the applicant's family in the previous year was less than 6 1 172 yuan;

(5) The applicant's family has no room in the urban area, Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District;

(6) The immediate family members of the applicant (spouse) are unable to purchase houses by financing in urban areas, Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District. The specific criteria are as follows: If the immediate family members of the applicant (spouse) own less than 2 houses in urban areas, Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District, or the per capita housing construction area is less than 50.55 square meters, it is deemed that the immediate family members are unable to finance the purchase of houses in urban areas, Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District.

Applicants with associate senior (inclusive) or above titles or master's degree or above will not take the declared economic income as the assessment condition.
