After the property buyers arrive at the real estate trading center, they need to go to the window to check and receive the Application Form for Issuing the Certificate of Newly-purchased House, fill in the application form carefully, and submit the application form and materials to the relevant staff after completion.

Chengdu purchase restriction policy stipulates
1. Division of restricted purchase areas:
Class A: Tianfu New District directly under Chengdu;
Class B: High-tech South Zone;
Class C: area 1 1. Namely Wuhou District, Qingyang District, chenghua district, Jinjiang District, jinniu district, Longquanyi District, Gaoxin West District, Xindu District, Wenjiang District, Shuangliu District and Pidu District.
Class d: outer suburbs. Namely Qingbaijiang, Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Qionglai, chongzhou city, Jintang, jianyang city, Gaoxindong, Dayi, Pujiang and Xinjin.
2. Purchase restriction conditions:
If you purchase Class A regional housing, namely Tianfu New District, you can meet one of the following three conditions:
1) Have a permanent residence in Tianfu New District for more than 2 years (inclusive);
2) continuously purchasing social security in Tianfu New District for more than 24 months (inclusive);
3) One-year Tianfu New District hukou+12 months Tianfu New District social security.
If you buy Class B regional housing, that is, High-tech South Zone, you can meet one of the following three conditions:
1) Have a permanent residence in Gaoxin South Zone for more than 2 years (inclusive);
2) continuously purchasing social security in High-tech South Zone for more than 24 months (inclusive);
3) One-year account of High-tech South Zone+12 months social security of High-tech South Zone.
If you buy a third-class regional house, that is, the area 1 1, you can meet one of the following three conditions:
1) has been registered in 1 1 for more than 2 years (inclusive);
2) Have continuously purchased social security in 1 1 area for more than 24 months (inclusive);
3) One-year 1 1 district hukou+12 months1/district social security.
If you buy a D-type regional housing, that is, a suburban county, you can meet one of the following two conditions:
1) has a Chengdu account (a, b, c and d regional accounts are acceptable);
2) continuously purchasing social security 12 months or more in Chengdu (inclusive);
