According to the circular, the Sunac Lake View Project developed by Qingdao Jiakaicheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the Zhongliang Light-Picking Image Project developed by Qingdao Shi Hua Mao Yue Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and the Ocean Datong Project developed by Qingdao Haijun Real Estate Co., Ltd. all have cases of not using the pre-sale fund supervision account to collect part of the house payment of the buyers, thus evading the supervision of the pre-sale funds.
According to industrial and commercial data, Qingdao Jiakaicheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Sunac, and Sunac (Qingdao) Real Estate Co., Ltd. holds 73.93% of the shares; Qingdao Shi Hua Mao Yue Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of COFCO Real Estate, and Qingdao Liangwen Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. holds 765,438+0.35%.
