The four basic parts of e-mail are:
Frying begins
End end
Theme theme
Body text.
When writing an email, there are two P's that we should pay attention to: professionalism & politeness, which is our principle throughout!
E-mail subject:
1, concise and clear, the purpose of naming a few words.
2. Summarize the main contents of the email. For example: "appointment consultation", "questions about current homework", "final paper" and so on.
3. The first letter of the title should be capitalized.
Opening title:
Don't know the recipient? Dear sir or madam.
Not familiar with the recipient? DearMr, /Ms, /Mrs, /Missxxx (last name), DearProf, xxx (last name), DearDr, xxx (last name).
Familiar recipients: Dear xxx (name), hello xxx (name), hello everyone, hello.
Send an email to a group of people, Dearteam/Dearall, Heyguys/girls.
1, the starting address should be left.
Dearxxx, or Towhomitmayconcern, written in the two columns on the left, is more formal.
3. DearProf and xxx can be used when sending emails to professors, which is more polite.
4. If it is an informal email sent to classmates or other familiar people, you can use "Hi/Hello", which is more natural.
For strangers and unfamiliar communicators, you should introduce yourself at the beginning. If you are writing an email to the teacher, explain which course you are a student.
How to write this text:
If the other person has replied to your email or provided you with information before, thank them:
Thank you for your reply. Thank you for your reply.
Thank you for replying to me. Thank you for replying to my email.
Thank you for the latest information. Thank you for the latest information.
In the text, when you tell the purpose of your letter, don't squeeze into a paragraph. Write in paragraphs and ask a question in each paragraph.
Practical sentence patterns:

Ask for something:

If possible, could you ... if possible? ...
I have to bother you … I may have to trouble you …
I would appreciate it if you could provide any help. I would appreciate it if you could help me.
Please check the attachment:

Asking about progress:

Have you received a reply from …?
Ask for each other's opinions:

I'm asking for your help. I hope I can get your help.

Signature:
Formal: (yours) sincere, (yours) sincere.
Chinese: greetings, best/all the best, thank you.
Familiarity: Later love.
Tips:
Before sending an email, check the information you have obtained, such as the syllabus, school official website, etc. Try to avoid asking teachers questions that they can solve.
Try to use the edu email address of the school. E-mails sent by QQ e-mail and Netease e-mail commonly used in China may be identified as spam by teachers' e-mails. If the teacher doesn't reply for several working days, to think of this possibility, change the email address and contact the teacher again.
How to make e-mail official;
Don't use abbreviations, question marks (rhetorical tone), exclamation points (it will make people very excited), and don't joke.
