General factory staff will explain how to have a physical examination and some precautions. If an employee enters the factory through an intermediary, the intermediary will also take you to the physical examination hospital for physical examination, and the precautions will be made clear to you.
Passing the interview and physical examination is the first step to enter the factory gate. The most important thing is to sign the contract. All contracts are in duplicate. The factory trainer will take you to sign the contract and hand in all the necessary materials. After signing, everyone will officially enter the factory and become a formal employee in the factory. After everything is done, the next step is workshop training and work.
