Incoming process and matters needing attention

1. Learn about the factory recruitment information first. Where can I learn about it? Now the network technology is very developed, and any factory you want to go to can find relevant factory information and recruitment information online. Some workers said, "What if you can't use a computer?" It doesn't matter, as long as you want to go out to work, there are many ways to get this information. You can check in the village to see if there are any agents posting recruitment brochures in the village, or go to the county to find a recruitment agent. If not, ask relatives and friends. As long as you have the perseverance to go out to work, you are not afraid of not finding a factory.

2. After finding the factory we are interested in, we inquire about the recruitment requirements of the factory. At this time, the person in charge of recruitment will clearly tell us what information we need to bring when we enter the factory (generally, we will bring our ID card, a copy of the front and back of the ID card, an inch photo and a black pen when we enter the factory), which are all needed for the interview of a regular electronics factory.

3. Interview for physical examination after entering the factory (of course, the requirements of each factory are different, and the regulations and procedures are definitely different. Just listen to the arrangement of the factory staff). The interview is very simple. Generally, you will be asked whether you have worked in an electronics factory before, where is your home, how long you plan to work in the factory, and so on. During the interview, everyone will inevitably be nervous. In order to avoid being nervous about saying the wrong things and answering the wrong questions, it is best for everyone to talk as little as possible. Physical examination is also very simple. General factory staff will explain how to have a physical examination and some precautions. If an employee enters the factory through an intermediary, the intermediary will also take you to the physical examination hospital for physical examination, and the precautions will be made clear to you.

Passing the interview and physical examination is the first step to enter the factory gate. The most important thing is to sign the contract. All contracts are in duplicate. The factory trainer will take you to sign the contract and hand in all the necessary materials. After signing, everyone will officially enter the factory and become a formal employee in the factory. After everything is done, the next step is workshop training and work.
