Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce is the competent department of this Association. Shanghai Association Administration is the registration authority of this Association.
The member enterprises of this association are all members of the group. After catering chain enterprises join the association from headquarters and become group members, their subordinate chain stores and branches can become members of the association.
