In the second half of 2022, the interview of Dongguan primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination will be held on 20231October 7 10. In order to further improve the interview organization and epidemic prevention and control, and ensure the health and safety of the majority of candidates and examination staff, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, health management before the exam
Candidates are the first responsible person for their own health, strengthen health protection, and do not leave the registration place before the exam; Don't go out unless necessary, don't go to crowded places or participate in gathering activities, wear a mask all the time when going out, try to avoid taking public transportation and keep a safe distance in interpersonal communication.
Second, fill in health information.
Five days before the exam, candidates should measure their body temperature every day, monitor their health status, and truthfully fill out the Health Monitoring Form for Candidates of the Qualification Examination (Interview) for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the Second Half of 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Health Monitoring Form, see Annex).
Third, take the exam.
(1) Candidates should plan their travel time and route in advance, arrive at the test center 30 minutes before the test, and reserve enough time to cooperate with the staff of the test center for admission verification.
(2) Candidates who have typical symptoms such as dry cough and have a body temperature higher than 37.3℃ on the day of the exam must take the initiative to report when entering the test center.
(3) Candidates enter the test center with the admission ticket, valid identity documents and health monitoring form. Candidates must have their body temperature measured when they enter the test center. Only when the body temperature is lower than 37.3℃ can they enter the test center. Candidates with abnormal health conditions such as abnormal body temperature must be judged by medical professionals before deciding whether they can continue to take the exam.
(four) candidates must do personal protection after entering the examination room, wearing medical surgical masks or above.
(five) after the examination, leave the examination room in an orderly manner according to the designated route, keep a safe distance, and do not stay at the test center.
Four, the examinee refund acceptance provisions
You can apply for a refund in the following three situations: First, candidates voluntarily give up the interview because they have reported this year's national civil service examination and teacher qualification examination interview; Second, colleges and universities have a holiday in advance, and college candidates cannot participate in interviews after returning to China; 3. Candidates are unable to attend the interview due to the epidemic. Candidates who need to apply for a refund should fill in the question star (website: /vm/O9IXR64.aspx) before June 65438+1 October/0/2023, and apply for a refund according to the prompts (if the time limit for acceptance is exceeded, it will be deemed as automatic waiver). After verification and confirmation, the registration fee will be refunded in full according to the original payment channel. Candidates who apply for refund will not be allowed to take this exam.
