How to inquire about the progress of divorce cases

Legal analysis: There are two ways to inquire about the contents of a case:

1, check on the court website. Now many people's procuratorate websites have case information inquiry systems. The system is a case information inquiry platform opened by the procuratorate on the Internet, and all parties to the lawsuit (including the parties to the case and their legal representatives and litigation agents) can inquire about the case. According to the operation on the acceptance notice, enter the case number, inquiry code, verification code and other information according to the steps to inquire about the case status.

2. Inquire at the court service hall. You can apply directly to the court for inquiry with relevant documents. The court has a special inquiry window.

Legal basis: Article 148 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the people's court shall publicly pronounce a judgment on a case tried in public or not.

If a verdict is pronounced in court, it shall be served within ten days; If the sentence is pronounced regularly, a written judgment will be issued immediately after the sentence is pronounced.

When sentencing, the parties must be informed of the right of appeal, the time limit for appeal and the court of appeal.

When a divorce judgment is pronounced, the parties concerned must be informed that they may not get married separately before the judgment becomes legally effective.
