What procedures and materials are needed for marriage registration?

(1) application

What procedures and documents do you need for divorce?
The process of divorce registration is roughly as follows:
(1) application

After verifying the information, the marriage registration authority shall issue a confirmation form for cancellation of divorce registration. Within 30 days after the expiration of the cooling-off period for divorce, if both parties fail to jointly apply to the marriage registration authority for a divorce certificate, the application for divorce registration shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.
(4) Review
Within 30 days after the expiration of the cooling-off period for divorce (if the last day of the period expires is a holiday, the first day after the holiday is the expiration date of the period), both parties shall apply to the marriage registration authority for divorce certificate with their recent bareheaded photos, divorce agreement, marriage certificate, ID card, passport or pass and other relevant documents and materials. The marriage registration office will conduct a review according to the regulations, and the parties who do not meet the requirements for divorce registration will not handle it. When necessary, the marriage registration authority may, at the request of the parties concerned, issue a notice not to register for divorce.
