4. Five, Jinan City Funeral Parlour, Lianhuashan Funeral Parlour should conscientiously implement the charging publicity system, and publicize the service content, charging standard, document basis, tip-off telephone number, service process, service specification and other contents in a prominent position in the service place, so as to provide convenience for the supervision and selection of the masses.
6. According to the Notice on Reducing the Basic Funeral Service Fees of Urban and Rural Low-income Families and Some Special Care recipients (Jiminfa [2010] No.5), the basic funeral service items will be reduced for the urban and rural low-income family members who are enjoying assistance and the special care recipients who have no funeral subsidies in this city (rural demobilized soldiers, veterans who returned home sick, veterans who participated in war and those who participated in nuclear war). Free items include: transportation of remains, ice storage of remains for three days, disinfection and transportation of remains, general farewell, cremation, an ordinary urn and storage of ashes for one year.
