Our school is a private school. According to the relevant requirements of the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Measures for Tianjin to Implement the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Guiding Opinions of the Municipal Education Commission on Doing a Good Job in School Enrollment in Compulsory Education in Tianjin in 2022 and the Implementation Plan for Primary School Enrollment in Hexi District in 2022, the relevant matters concerning the enrollment of our school are hereby announced as follows:
First, the enrollment conditions
School-age children enrolled in primary schools in 2022 should be at least 6 years old (born before August 3 16).
2. Day students enroll school-age children in Hexi District.
3 boarding students to recruit school-age children with household registration in this city; Qualified children of residence permit holders in Hexi District.
4. The children of the person who has broken the trust shall not register before they have fulfilled their relevant legal obligations.
Second, the enrollment plan
Our school plans to enroll 80 students (including 40 boarders).
Third, the charging standard
With the approval of relevant departments, the tuition fee of our school is: per academic year 16000 yuan (excluding meals, etc.). ); Bed fee for boarders 1200 yuan/person/school year (excluding meals, etc. ).
Fourth, the enrollment method
The enrollment of private primary schools in Hexi District is mainly divided into four stages.
The first stage: online registration and appointment

2. Parents of school-age children who voluntarily enroll in our school must carefully read the instructions for the online registration and appointment system of private primary schools in Hexi District in 2022 and the school enrollment brochure before logging into the online registration and appointment system of private primary schools in Hexi District in 2022, register and fill in the information according to the relevant prompts, and make an appointment for the on-site qualification review time. The ID number of each school-age child can only be registered once.
3. Phase II: On-site Qualification Examination
1. The on-site qualification review time is July 9th (Saturday) and July 10 (Sunday).
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, a parent (without children) will be required to bring the required materials and go to the first voluntary school for on-site qualification examination according to the specific time and place on the appointment form. You need to show your appointment voucher, health code, boarding code and temperature measurement when you enter the school. Please always wear a mask, keep a safe distance, take personal protective measures, obey the instructions of the on-site staff, and consciously maintain the order at the scene.
2. Materials required for qualification examination
(1) Appointment Form for On-site Qualification Examination of Private Primary Schools in Hexi District (printed or clearly photographed by mobile phone);
(2) The original and photocopy of the household registration book of registered residents in Hexi District;
(3) the original and photocopy of the birth certificate of school-age children and their parents' ID cards.

3. Parents of twins or multiple children can voluntarily choose to bundle. When volunteering, twins (multiple births) must fill in the same volunteers and submit a written application to the school site.
4. During the on-site qualification examination, parents of school-age children shall not modify all the information provided during online registration (including voluntary schools). After being approved by the school, the parents of school-age children confirmed and signed the registration form, and the registration was successful.
The third stage: random allocation and admission
1, random allocation According to the admission principle of voluntary priority, school-age children who volunteer to fill in the school will enter the school directly for schools whose first voluntary enrollment number is less than or equal to the enrollment plan; For schools where the number of first volunteer applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, random allocation is adopted to determine the enrollment of school-age children.
For schools with fewer students enrolled in the first choice than the enrollment plan, the remaining plans will consider school-age children whose first choice was not accepted and whose second choice was filled in. When the number of school-age children enrolled is less than or equal to the school's remaining enrollment plan, school-age children will be directly enrolled; When the enrollment of such school-age children exceeds the remaining enrollment plan of the school, the school-age children will be determined by random allocation.
On Thursday, July 14, the District Education Bureau organized on-site allocation. At that time, NPC deputies, CPPCC members, notaries, the discipline inspection and supervision team of the District Education Bureau, principals of private primary schools and parents' representatives will be invited to supervise the whole process to ensure that the process is fair, open and just.
2. Parents choose to bundle school-age children with twins or multiple births and randomly assign the same number. If the number is assigned, twins or multiple births will be admitted at the same time; Twins or multiple births will not be admitted at the same time if they are not assigned to the number.
The fourth stage: notify the admission result.
On Thursday afternoons of June 1 day and July 14, our school informed parents of school-age children by landline telephone (numbers: 28277627, 28277628), and other telephone notifications were invalid; If you don't get a call from the school's landline before 5 pm on Thursday, July 14, it means that your child has not been admitted to the school. From 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 14 to 5:00 pm on Friday, July 15, parents can also log in to "Online Registration and Reservation System for Private Primary Schools in Hexi District in 2022" to check the allocation results.
2. Parents of school-age children who have received the admission notice from our school shall handle the payment and related procedures according to the time and requirements notified by our school. Those who exceed the time limit will no longer retain their admission qualifications.
From Friday, July 15 to Sunday, July 17, our school issued admission notices to parents of school-age children who had been admitted.
